Fellow profit seeking entrepreneur(s.) You may or may not have noticed. But the customer satisfaction bar has not only been moved significantly.
But’s it’s also been raised considerably higher too. And the really good news it. You and I don’t need incredibly deep pockets to at least attempt to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
Case in point. nowadays, when a on or offline business owner and or service provider. For whatever reasons encounters a temporary or permanently unhappy customer.
It no longer starts and stops there, correct? Not even close. 😀 They can and usually will immediately contact via phone or text. And of course via social media too.
Their besties, neighbors, co-workers, employees, in – laws, fellow association members. Their buddies they routinely play cards with. Or who they golf with.
They jump on highly visible platforms like TripAdvisor, Yelp. And a gazillion other popular consumer related sites. In order to sound the “alarm” bells extremely loud, agreed?
So Let’s Talk About Implementing Some Potentially Profitable Creative Marketing Incentives!
On the other hand ladies & gentlemen. Look at the featured image of the smiling young kid. No doubt they’re temporarily pleased about something, right?
So let’s say you’re a local realtor. Who either specializes in residential or commercial real estate sales. Think about all of your current, future or past customers.
Who you helped. Either buy or sell their home and or investment property. All let’s say they have kids ages 6-12 or X to X. Think about “how” relatively inexpensively.
You and or your major competitors could invest literally pennies on the dollar. And create a ton of positive word of mouth and mouse buzz. How you so skeptically ask?
For starters you and or your major competitors form some mutually beneficial JV partnerships. With other local, non directly competing vendors. Like who you ask?
Local JV Partnerships Can Be And Or Become Incredibly Profitable! (Especially Over Time!)
Like one of your areas top, local, non franchised photography studio owners. Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s one of your higher end residential real estate customers.
This couple sold their upscale house or rental property through your services.
And their son or daughter just turned X. Since you and or major competitors already have an established relationship with a local, non franchised photography studio.
You can purchase either one large or one large and X number of smaller thumbnail family portrait shots. At their actual hard cost. You give your customers the extremely time sensitive, new customer only coupons.
Your customers get some great pictures and or one really nice large portrait. And going forward, each time friends and family members and or neighbors, besties, in -laws, co-workers, employees or whomever.
Come to their house. They’ll see the awesome portrait. And it will immediately trigger some type of potentially profitable conversation, correct? You better believe it. 😀
Just another simple example of the long term. Profit generating potential of being of service. Don’t you agree?
