Why Building A Business With Residual Income Producing Capabilities Definitely Makes Sense!

So have you ever used any type of paid advertising methods? Traditional or otherwise? And to date just depending on what you’ve actually done. What have your actual bankable results been thus far? Are you willing to either continue down this particular road? Or are you willing or seriously considering investing even more into the process?

If you’re not then by all means do seriously consider the following potentially profitable alternative. Huh? Can you see or appreciate ‘how’ building either a full or additional part time side income from a business with residual income producing possibilities definitely makes sense on a whole lot of levels?

Good because you are in exactly the right place at the right time. You or your major competitors are about to hopefully “discover” the many tangible and intangible benefits of “the bridge” strategy. Say what? Fasten your marketing seat belt and hold on tight, okay?

Entrepreneur Isn’t It Past Time You Created Or  Setup A Proven Marketing Process Which Involves Some Sort Of Residual Payments?

The short answer is an emphatic yes. But let’s use a hypothetical business model, strictly for marketing illustration purposes only. Case in point. For those of you who listen to my podcast, ‘The Marketing Minute’ on spotify and other platforms as well.

(You can listen to a recent episode below.) One of the potential money making strategies I often advocate for you, is to be or quickly become ‘the bridge” or go between only. (And be paid or handsomely compensated in some way, simply because of individuals you may already know and bringing two profit seeking individuals together for the mutual benefit of all three.)

And personally introduce me (or whoever!) to some proactive, non franchised, retail furniture, jewelry or retail appliance center owners. Because I normally work off a 25% performance compensation based formula. Huh? Meaning, after a reasonable (and real!) current weekly/monthly gross income base line is established.

The non franchised, independently owned retailers are more than willing to compensate me (or whomever) with 25 or X% of every dollar I help them generate.

Which they clearly didn’t have prior to us JV (Joint Venture) partnering together. But rather they either: (A.) Constantly run potentially expensive (PPC ) Pay Per Click ad campaigns sorting and looking (prospecting) for these qualified entrepreneurs.

(B.) I’d much rather tap into the current or future personal or professional network of either my current and future podcast listeners or my current and future blog content audience.

Who Says You And I Have To Literally Spend Years And Tons Of Money And Other Extremely Valuable Resources Trying To Build A Professional Network?

You can definitely decide to go that route. Or you could start effectively utilizing some form of potential bank account filling marketing leverage.

So here’s one of the reasons “why” I and other extremely marketing savvy (sophisticated) marketers are so willing to “grandfather” you in with anywhere from 25-50% of the initial front end revenue share arrangements, which may result from you simply introducing us and (95%) of the time nothing more.

So “why” would I or any other profit seeking entrepreneur be so quick to revenue share with a complete and glorified stranger. First.) As previously mentioned. Power networking with you helps not only dramatically reduce the typical upfront out of pocket cost.

Second.) It also lets us “leverage” your know, like and trust factor(s) with them. And beyond that. Seriously consider the five bare bones minimum potential long term back end profit producing opportunities. Which up until now are virtually untapped.

1.) After looking around and doing a semi quick audit of their current marketing, advertising or promotional assets or resources. It might be discovered “how” they can license an old paid advertising template, which (for whatever reasons) they’re no longer utilizing.

And yet they’re literally tens of thousands of non directly competing business owners or service providers who would gladly pay a monthly access fee to access their proven advertising (lead generation) or conversion campaigns.

Or I may be able to help them form potentially profitable JV’s with these non directly competing vendors. Where they generate 25-50% on the initial front end and the vendor nets 80-100% of any and all revenue generated on the long term back end of their sales funnel.

Entrepreneur Power Networking 101 Is Literally Loaded With Different Forms Of Long Term Profit Producing Potential!

2.) Next: Maybe after an even closer audit of their various assets or resources, it’s discovered some strategic A/B split testing., will allow them to increase the repeat customer rate. And now they can really afford to increase the front end of their traditional or non traditional ad or promotional spend.

3.) Maybe they will agree to personally introduce me to at least three non directly competing vendors, (with specific dynamics) in exchange for me closing working with them to start consistently generating more long term gross profits from their inactive customer base.

4.) They’re probably also willing to explore (test) learning ‘how to’ increase their daily foot traffic, simply by strategically leveraging the customer base of other local, non directly competing businesses. Which are located within a ten or X block radius.

And in exchange they agree to allow me to use their documented case study as a promotional strategy to generate more high end retail customer JV partners.

5.) They may also agree to help periodically promote my services via their social media and podcast platforms. In exchange for me consulting them once a month for 90 minutes. as long as they do A, B, C and D per month. My 90 or X number of minutes per month is free. Say what?

So hopefully you can now better appreciate “why” extremely savvy marketers such as myself are more than willing to revenue share 25-50% of our initial front end income streams. Generated through some type of JV revenue partnership(s.)

Because strategically building a business with residual income producing capabilities is definitely worth the effort. Don’t you agree?
