So you’re definitely trying to build (scale) your profit seeking business or service, correct? major congrats. Me too. And currently, are you pro-actively using, any type of paid advertisements or promotions. Good. And how’s it going? Sadly, far too many profit seeking entrepreneurs, seem to think. Initially anyway.
All they have to do, is put together some type of PPC (Pay per Click) ad campaign. Open a Facebook advertising account and bam. They’ll be flooded with semi qualified leads. When the all too typical reality is.
Things just don’t work that way in the real world, do they? Nope. But you definitely want to improve sales and revenue, correct? And since you’re investing your extremely hard earned money. Why not take the next step or two. And invest some of your time, money and effort, into learning, at least the proven fundamentals of PPC.
Before just throwing money at it. Makes sense, would you not agree? Great. And while you’re at it. Why not explore, several untapped marketing or promotional alternatives.
Which not only cost you less, on the initial front end. But often, when you test,tweak, monitor and adjust.) Your positive residual results, last far longer, and run much deeper.As you’re about to discover.
Let Your Major Competitors Take The Outrageously Expensive Traditional Advertising Or Promotional Route!
Case in point. It may not seems obvious, but multi million dollar businesses, have literally been built, within 36 months or less.
Which initially started out as, secondary,cash flow supplement driven enterprises.And quickly went from, back end ventures, to full blown companies.
Which created tons, of full and part time jobs. Which supported, a many a local family or individuals.For example. Tons of local companies, which needed certain things delivered, (on a daily basis), to other local companies.
Quickly realized, a staggering 98% of their trucks, were returning empty. And they could offer to deliver other non directly competing vendors X? For a small, either one time or ongoing recurring fee.
And create immediate positive cash flow for themselves.And generate instant marketing or untapped opportunity leverage for themselves.
Because they’ve already sunk the cost into buying or leasing the truck and paying all of the ongoing cost for their current or future drivers, correct? So whether their drivers come back empty handed or not.
Their out of pocket cost, are going to be paid, correct? Absolutely.
Lots Of Times Major Untapped Marketing Opportunities Or Possibilities Are Simply Waiting To Be Tapped Into!
And initially seeing and discovering some, previously untapped, marketing possibilities, which are mutually beneficial to and for all. Initially opens the door.
Say for example. Look at all the major credit card or cable companies, in The US alone. Which for whatever reasons. Still don’t allow, non directly competing vendors, to include, some of their very best, market tested insets, to be included in the credit card or cable companies, offline snail mail bills.
And they could either, charge these vendors, so much per piece.
Or so much per thousand. Or just test doing, a simple JV (Joint Venture) partner arrangement. And just receive 10-40% of the initial gross front end profits.
Think about the long term profit generating potential for just a moment. If the the non directly competing vendor, has a pretty good idea going in, what their ideal customers, total lifetime customer value metric numbers are.
And they know, once a customer makes their initial purchase, and statistically speaking, they’ll more likely. Make X amount of purchases per year, and spend X amount of money per purchase, for X amount of years.
The Vast Majority Of Business Owners Or Service Providers Rarely See These Obvious Types Of Untapped Marketing Possibilities Or Opportunities Staring Them In The Wallet!
Why not grease the front end of their sales funnel, by allowing, in this particular case.Either the credit card or cable company, to receive anywhere from 10-50% of their initial sale.
In order to get the long term profit ball rolling, in a meaningful way. Plus don’t forget, neglect or (worst yet!) ignore the fact. The non directly competing vendor. Can or should create their own back end.
And by doing so.Just depending on ‘how’ potentially lucrative it is.They could ethically bribe, either the credit card or cable company, even more of the front end. Is that untapped marketing possibility, not interesting to ponder. Absolutely.
And so it potentially goes. There is virtually no Mom 7 pop style corner grocery store or a Mom & pop hardware or independently owned, Mom & pop auto parts store.
Which couldn’t or shouldn’t, be strategically leveraging, their current or future customer base. Simply by forming, various types of collaboration-al arrangements, with other local, non directly competing vendors.
And periodically offer their best, most loyal customers, some type of extremely time sensitive gift certificates or discount coupons. To other local vendors, and receive some type revenue share, for doing so.Don’t you agree? Great.
