Who Says You Don’t Already Hold The Keys To A Successful Business!

How did your last paid advertising or promotional campaign do? Honestly. Going forward. Are you going to start or continue utilizing some type of strategic A/B split testing? Let’s hope so.

Otherwise you’re literally throwing your extremely hard earned money away. Right about now you’d probably find it hard if not impossible to believe. In more ways than you currently realize.

You pretty much already hold the keys to a successful business or service. You’re definitely thinking no way, right? Fair enough. BTW that last statement is not to suggest you already have and know what to do with the proven keys. Just stating you probably -for the most part- already possess them.

Meaning how to effective utilize these keys. But it is to suggest you already possess the basic fundamentals to unlocking this mystery and steadily moving ahead. And scaling your current and future efforts.

Provided you’re truly open to discovering how. So are you up for the challenge or what?

Are You Wondering How Can I Make My Business Profitable? (Without Going Even Deeper Into Debt!)

Valid concerns for sure. But before going there. Take a step back. And take a few deep breaths. And start to better appreciate the various untapped assets, resources and current or future contacts you have access to. Huh?

You know vendors who? Know other vendors, right? no doubt. You have customers who definitely can and probably already have referred you at least a few new customers, correct? You probably have some ex customers who can be re-activated on some level.

You have brand new first time customers who can be ethically bribed to periodically refer you either new customers or new vendors, right?

You have current or future employees who can either be paid to help you uncover new vendors.

Or they can be rewarded for helping you systematically grow your business or service. For a fraction of the traditional costs. And remember it’s all about the 80/20 rule. Huh?

Meaning on average 80% (or the vast majority) of your current or future growth will come about because of 20% of your current and future customers or proactive vendors.

So How Do You Or Your Major Competitors Know Which Employees Or Customers Or Vendors To Allocate The Most Resources Or Assets To?

Just to properly set the hypothetical marketing stage. Let’s say you run a very successful, single location, independently owned retail furniture store. And your ideal customer, (especially local couples) who earn mid high five to multi six figure a year incomes.

They typically have a total lifetime customer value metric of somewhere between $500- $15,000 dollars. Give or take over the next five to seven year period. (Or whatever your particular business or service-s particular metrics turn out to be.) Say what? Nod your head cadets because it’s true.

This being the case. One particular afternoon right after your local landscaper, who was initially referred to you by a neighbor. Who you’ve literally known for years.

And you’ve now been using for the last 18 months so. The two of you get to talking. And you discover the owner just invested about $11,000 dollars in additional equipment, uniforms and purchased a newer used van. So things are definitely on the upswing.

However, they borrowed the $11,000 dollars. And with the slight downturn in the local economy. He and his wife and definitely concerned about being able to properly service this new debt.

Because even some of his most reliable long term customers have indicated they too may have to temporarily cut back on utilizing his services quite as much.

Or look around for an even more affordable, local alternative.

Fortunately The Marketing Pieces Are All In Place For Every One To Come Out Better On The Other Side!

You ask the “magic” question. Huh? Which is. “”Is it okay to periodic refer you new business?” And as long as they answer yes to your initial front end question. Which they will typically 95-98% of the time.

If so, you or your major competitors immediately follow up with. “And by the same token. As long as it doesn’t take away from anything you’re currently doing. Or will be doing in the immediate future. Are you okay with periodically returning the favor?” Again.

If you get another emphatic yes on your back end follow up question. And statistically speaking. You will 95-98% of the time.

Provided you’re only posing the so called “magic” question to vendors, acquaintances, contacts or resources you already have some sort of established relationship with.

So you ask if they could live with you ethically rewarding them with an ongoing referral fee of initially $50 or X dollar per lead which converts into a paying customer. Say what? That’s correct.

You or your major competitors will gladly compensate them initially $50 dollars for every lead which converts into a paying customer of any kind. Meaning no matter how little they spend.

There’s Lots Of Local Non Directly Competing Vendors Who Would Love To Create A Second Or Third Passive Income Stream! (They Just Don’t Quite Know How To Structure Such An Arrangement!)

So here’s what you initially propose they do. You provide them with envelops which have the following written on the outside of them. In can’t miss, big red letters. “You definitely deserve this!”

Once it’s sealed. How long do you think it will take for the recipients to rip them open? Bingo. Here’s what they’ll discover in them. Three incredible, totally unexpected bonuses worth X.

1.) Totally unexpected bonus # one: First. An extremely time sensitive gift certificate from the landscaper themselves. Or as part of a strategic A/B split test offer.
