Who Says You Can’t Make A Real Go Of It Simply Because You Don’t Have A Fancy Product Launch Strategy!

Have you also noticed “how” some of the simplest, (translated), less expensive, systems or strategies, you and I can quickly put into place. Especially over the long run. Can often make a world of difference.

And often times, do the most, to consistently boost your income. And help further establish, a rock solid, long term relationship, with your ideal prospects or customers/clients.

In other words, once or as you boil it all down. It doesn’t automatically have to be about, your so called product launch strategy. Because truth told.

Your ideal prospects or long term repeat customers or clients, could actually care less, about ‘who” you recently hired, as a either a solo or outrageously expensive Madison Avenue type of consulting agency.

If the bottom line is.The long term direction of your overall gross profits isn’t consistently going north. Can at times a semi complicated product launch strategy be the real solution. Yes most definitely. Under the ideal conditions.

However, more times than not. You and I just need to consistently adhere to the proven fundamental, marketing basis. As you’re about to discover.

Your Overall Product Launch Strategy Can Most Definitely Be A Real Boost To Your Long Term Gross Front End Profits! (Provided You’ve Done All Of the Necessary Preliminary Work First!)

Case in point. One of the top car dealerships in Dallas Texas. Years before they could ever legitimately lay claim to such distinction. The owners, set about, trying to “discover” as best they could. “What” prey tell.

Their ideal prospects and customers really wanted from a car dealership. And before going any further. Let’s be crystal clear here. What you’re about to discover, is merely a super condensed version, of “what” literally took this one, once struggling car dealership.

Literally from the bottom rankings of local car dealerships. To twenty five years later. Consistently ranking as # one in the Dallas Texas area. And of course.

When this type of transformations happens. All sorts of totally unexpected, money making opportunities, start becoming routine as well. What types of unexpected, potential money making opportunities you ask?

Things like, local reporters, consistently doing stories, about the overall success, of your particular dealership.

Being Successful To Any Degree Literally Magnifies You Or Your Major Competitors Overall Chances For Long Term Success!

Because suddenly, after your local community, becomes aware of your positive status.Local support groups, like your local chamber of commerce, wants you to be one of their keynote speakers.

And now, with both podcasting and guest podcasting opportunities, literally exploding right in front of your collective eyes. More major podcasters, will come calling, far more often.

And then of course, the owner of the successful car dealership.began to consistently receive a speaking invitations. To speak all over the country. To share his companies proven wisdom, about “how to” build and sustain a successful car dealership.

They’re quoted far more often, in the big name, entrepreneurial/business based publications. Like Entrepreneur, Forbes, Investors Business Daily. And of course, The Wall Street Journal etc.

And of course, major book publisher agents, continually reach out, offer sweet book deals etc. And top executives, from literally all types of industries. And executives of major startups.

Routinely pay tens of thousands of dollars, to attend, extremely high level, executive training workshops. To learn you or your major competitors, hands on-proven- systems and processes.

You’re invited to appear on and participating in panel discussions. And lead and participate in world wide zoom,video conferencing events etc. Hopefully you get idea, right? Great.

Hard To Believe The Vast Majority Of This Overall Goodwill Initially Started With Just A Few Minor Changes!

So backing things up just a bit. Initially, what started and ultimately sustained, this particular Dallas Cadillac dealerships ascend to the top. The owners starting both routinely surveying and ethically bribing, their best, (translated), most loyal customers, for their extremely valuable feedback.

In terms of, “what” three or X number of things, didn’t they currently find, at their particular dealership.

Which bothered them the most. Here in a nutshell, are the five biggest complaints, they initially started pro-actively working 24/7 to immediately improve upon.

And as a direct result of doing so.They also discovered, the total lifetime customer value metric, or their ideal customer, was somewhere in the neighborhood of a staggering $322,000 large. Say what? That’s correct. They get it wrong, and not only have lost an extremely valued customer. Who no longer does business with them.

But no longer recommends them to, friends and extremely close family members. Neighbors, in -laws, co-workers, respected colleagues or employees etc.

And a mere $322,000 dollars, in accumulated business,over a number of decades is probably gone for good.

At Some Point Your So Called Product Launch Strategy Better Include A Dose Of The Proven Marketing Or Promotional Fundamentals!

Case in point. Here are the five, core initial concerns, their best customers related to them. Which definitely needed to be addressed, (fixed!) asap!

1.) Pressing issue # one: The so called “customer service reps in general or entire customer service department of the dealership in particular. Often times, can off as rude as hell. And gave the impression, they really could care less about helping resolve the customers issues. (So not good, right?)

Obviously, there needed to be some major personnel changes asap.

 2.) Pressing issue # two: The dealerships current operating hours of M-F, 9-5. was simply way too inconvenient, for at least 60% or more of their current customer base.(And as a direct result, they ultimately changed their standard operating hours, to M-F, 7:30 am – 8 pm.)

 3.) Pressing issue # three: Their best customers also routinely pointed out, how old and downright dreary, the furniture looked in service department.(And as a net result.

Both their main showroom and service departments, got much needed furniture makeovers.)

Being A Pro-active Listener Is Always A Very Good Start!

4.) Pressing issue # four: One their best customers, biggest complaint was. They totally did not like the fact, they had no free, (translated), dealer supplied vehicle was available, while theirs was being serviced.

The net result, the dealership eventually added a fleet of<(as of last count), somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 loaner cars.

5.) Pressing issue # five:Their best customers constantly pointed out.Other major stores were open on Saturdays.And it made working on repairing their cars or servicing them, far more convenient for their customers.

So as a direct result, the dealership started provided various services on Saturdays. Of course they constantly tested and monitored a ton more.The main point being.

They nor you, need to rely, on a fancy product launch strategy. When just a little, fundamental marketing know how. Will definitely do the trick. Especially in the beginning stages.Don’t you agree?

The Bottom Line Is Don’t Get Caught Choking On Your Major Competitors Marketing Smoke! (Simply Because You Failed To Adequately Provide For Your Very Best Customers Or Clients!)
