You did pick up on the fact in the previous post about using effective incentive programs, that it’s a proven and inexpensive way to drive your competitors crazy, right?
Seriously, while they’re consistently spending a ton of money on mildly effective traditional advertising methods, you can and should use some far more effective battlefield tested marketing tactics and and or strategies.
At least two more that you’ll discover in the remainder of this post. In the mean time don’t forget or overlook that most of your would be competitors are very traditional thinking type of marketers.
Which means, when it comes to consistently implementing any proven non traditional marketing methods, they rarely if ever “think outside the box.”
And that can and should be reason for optimism. Take a look at these two remaining tips.
You Put Incentive Programs At The Heart Of Your Long Term Marketing Efforts And Watch Your Long Term Profits Soar!
Picking up where part one left off; try this rather interesting train of thought. Since the savvy restaurant owner is giving the jeweler exclusive marketing rights to promote their offers to the customers of their restaurant.
As you recall the jeweler (or company X) was strategically having the parking valets place their extremely time sensitive new customer only VIP discount coupons on either their mirror or car seat.
Think about this potential marketing opportunity as well; getting back to the $2,500 dollar a month exclusive sponsoring fee the jeweler paid. What if they start strategically giving away (unannounced) three dollar drinks to the first twenty five ladies through the door on their traditionally lowest days!
That’s $75 dollars well spent, would you not agree? (25 people x $3 dollars per drink = $75 dollar positive word of mouth investment.) Do you think those ladies will have any problem positively spreading the word on and off social media? The offline social media, meaning positive word of mouth!
And equally important, since nobody other than the savvy restaurateur (s) know how many free $3 dollar drinks, if they give any away at all! Only the owners know for sure, when and how many that will be!(Or which particular days and or early evenings they will actually be!)
But rest assured, the guys will follow the herd of beautiful available ladies! Don’t you agree? And you can bet when the restaurateur gives away (maybe) three or four orders of $25 dollars worth of wings and sells three $12 dollar pitchers of beer for just the actual cost of $4 dollars each!
You think the guys that receive those oh so generous offers won’t immediately jump on social media and start bragging to their friends, family and associates!
So While Your Major Competitors Are Trying In Vain To Build An Image These Proven Marketing Strategies Will Be Fattening Your Wallet!
(Which Outcome Do You Prefer?)
And remember, this all comes out of the restaurant owners cash slush fund that was provided by company X, or in this particular case the jeweler.
It probably won’t take long for those traditionally slow days to really pick up, right? And as they do, the restaurant owner or whatever type of company it happens to be, can do some really creative -positive word of mouth- marketing stuff.
For ex: getting back to selling at least three $12 dollar pitchers of beer to the fellas for just $4 dollars or X!
They could create some special laminated discount coupons, that the restaurant simply hole punch and allow the holder of the card (preferably) a guy, to buy their next three orders of 25 wings and one pitcher of beer for just $7 dollars!Say what?
What guy wants to eat alone, right? So you can bet he’ll bring his entourage with him each time! And when the order is brought to his table. Guess what each of those guest also get? A “your next pitcher of beer” cost just $2 dollars (or X) card! And a spot on the card where they also get 25 wings and four slices of pizza for just $5 dollars (or X!)
Can you say this is quickly becoming the new hot spot? And on and on it goes. But hopefully entrepreneur, the creative side of your marketing mind, can finally see and appreciate, how some low cost, battlefield tested high powered incentive programs, can really add nicely to your long term profits! Don’t you agree?

Nice tale Mark, and something that we must remember that what we do online can be done offline too. Even if it’s just a 100% discount voucher for an ebook we would have given them free anyway, the prospect becomes a subscriber and the chance we can turn them into a customer. Giving our prospects value, and not just the illusion of value, will certainly add to our standing and reputation.
Great going.

Bravo Steven!
And couldn’t agree with your analysis more! Far too many online entrepreneurs seem to forget,
that proven offline strategies came before the Internet!
And a lot (certainly not all), but a lot of the proven online strategies are merely
offline strategies being taught to savvy online marketers.
As you so adroitly pointed out, providing real value and benefits in the eyes of our customers
or clients, instead of the mere allusion of doing so, is incredibly profitable!
And a great and smart way to do business! Thank for stopping by an sharing thoughts and offering
your support! Both are greatly appreciated!
Please stop back by when your site goes live, so I can study some of your money making concepts!
