Why The Top Marketing Consultants Don’t Always Have To Raise Their Prices To Make More Money!

So have you had the pleasure of hiring any qualified paid consultants of any kind recently? The really good ones are most definitely worth their weight in gold, don’t you agree?

In fact, as you progress up the marketing food chain,  you’ll start to be able to (in essence) barter your various assets, and not have to actually write checks for what you need!

And that’s pretty exciting, correct? You’d better believe it! Case in point! Just recently I had the pleasure of bartering with a rather well known (and I might add) extremely popular and successful online marketer.

They wanted me to promote a certain product and in exchange for doing so, I offered to forgo any affiliate commissions on this particular offer, provided I got a free license that allows me to (both) promote the product in the future for affiliate commissions, plus I also negotiated the right to install the software on all additional future sites and or blogs that I own.

And the marketer was okay with this particular one time arrangement. Primarily because he can see down the road, and it doesn’t take Einstein to conclude, that even though he’s forgoing a one time temporary sell from me, he still might potentially earn 100% of any sales my subscribers may produce, plus he’ll also net 100% of all the future back end sales from acquiring my subscribers as first time customers, plus he’ll still potentially net 50% of any future front end affiliate sales I may bring him as well!

Now watch “how” some of the top consultants actually earn more money without having to ever raise their rates!

 So How Do The Top Paid Consultants Actually Earn Way More Money Without Having To Raise Their Rates!

Let me first (anonymously)  introduce you to one of the top paid marketing consultantsInternet marketers online. And way back when this (now) perennial seven figure earning power house was first getting started, around the time I first became aware of his elite online coaching services, he charging a whopping $30 per hour! (Believe it or not!)

Then gradually over time as (both) his experience and online income grew, he gradually raised his hourly rates. Now fast forward several years and multiple seven figure earner years later.

He now routinely has paid coaching clients investing a cool $1,000 dollars per hour to tap his proven expertise! The point being, there is always room to raise your current rates! Granted, even though you and I may never actually reach the extreme upper echelon of the paid consulting food chain, and not be able to consistently bank those type of guru like fees! (But it’s still a nice goal to pursue! Don’t you agree?)

Anyway, there’s still some incredibly viable ways for savvy paid consultants (such as yourself) to make a whole lot more money, without necessarily having to compete on pricing alone!

Because let’s face it, people (meaning) your potential customers and or clients are constantly looking for ways to save money! And discount consulting fees of any kind, is certainly no exception!

Case in point: my guru coach (who)  shall remain nameless, he currently has at least two monthly paid membership sites (that I’m aware of!) that relate to teaching proven online marketing strategies etc.

Hopefully You’re Starting To Appreciate How In Some Instances Less Can Be More!

Here’s one incredibly simple strategy that he (and or you and I) can strategically use to dramatically (and or gradually) increase your gross income, without necessarily having to raise your hourly and or contingency rates!

For ex: if you were to join his monthly membership site at the 67 dollars per moth level, then you automatically qualify for 50% affiliate commissions on any products or services that you sell, plus you now automatically qualify for a 25% discount off his hourly consulting rates!

Which means,now  you can access him (and his massive network) for just $750 dollars per hour! And these rates and percentages remain in place as long as you are a paying member (in good standing) at that particular level. Which I think (although please don’t quote me!), is the initial silver level!

However, if you’ve decided you’re all in! You can upgrade (any time) you wish to the platinum level, which is currently just $197 dollars per month!

You now qualify for his hourly consulting rates of just $200 dollars per hour! Which is  a savings of 80% off the normal retail rates! Plus, your affiliate commissions now jump to 80% of every sale! (And after you reach $10,000 dollars in gross commissions, at the platinum level, you automatically go to 95% affiliate commissions on the front end!)

(FYI: Be sure you focus on the overall marketing concepts being conveyed and not just the specific examples!)

Basically my guru coach (and or you) is banking on generating more recurring monthly income over time, by effectively utilizing this type of proven long term income generating technique, as opposed to simply competing on prices by constantly trying to raise his rates! This type of proven income generating strategy can and is being implemented in a ton of different ways!

  2. Hi Mark, Thanks for sharing some great insights on how top consultants make bigger profits without raising their rates. I find that working with others by forming strategic partnerships and also becoming an affiliate are two great ways to increase your profits. I have partnered with other bloggers in my genre to do ebooks that have done really well. I also have affiliate partners that I work with.

      expand your reach and introduce you to tons potential new customers or clients rather inexpensively!
