Three Ways You Can Inexpensively Increase Your Market Share Now!Part Two

As you previously discovered in part one of this series, about “how” you can inexpensively and strategically increase your long term market share.

Entrepreneur, for one thing, it always helps whenever you can leverage all your current assets and maximize their full potential and value. Case in point.

One of the absolute proven and most powerful (not to mention) potentially profitable, long term business building assets (practically) every cash starved, small business owner and or service provider can utilize is; (drum roll please?)

Why it’s none other good ole fashioned “take no prisoners” (no customer and or client) left behind and or ignored customer service!

 How And Why The Short Road To Greater Market Share Comes Through Take No Prisoners Customer Service!

You know-entrepreneur- they say that strategic email marketing (when done correctly) can and will produce (ROI’s) return on investment’s of anywhere from $35-$43 dollars to one! And that’s great!(What savvy marketer wouldn’t want to experience that type of return on investment!) Right?

By all means, make effective email  marketing a part of your overall long term marketing plan!It’s a proven way to increase your profits!

But without a doubt, doing some really subtle things like offering your email/mobile subscribers a free cup of X! Ex;  free or greatly reduced cup of coffee/cocoa and or tea during the cold winter and or a tall glass of freshly squeezed lemonade, or ice tea during the summer, just for stopping by!

Or make sure you’ve got the proper lighting in your parking lot as it starts to get dark! Or just hiring a few large body male studs, to just be visibly parked in your parking lot, as it starts to get dark. That my friend, sends an extremely important message to both your patrons and or would be potential law breakers!

But guess what else? That is totally awesome, low cost. high impact “take no prisoners” customer service at work! Is it not? For ex; let’s suppose you run a local dance studio that caters to young girls, say ages 7 – 12.

Which means, most of their parents (primarily Mom), drops them off at say 4:30 and picks them up at 7 pm. (Or thereabouts.) And now it’s kinda dark in your parking lot.

Entrepreneur, it’s worth the additional investment to hire an off duty cop or two! And have them park right near the front of your parking lot! Now the parents feel a little less apprehensive about, (both) their and their daughters safety, don’t you agree?

But here’s the next thing. Pass out a flyer (with your security control attendants picture on it!) And give it to all of your customers, so they know “who” that person, or persons on duty is. And  have them just go over to their car and say ‘thanks! Or good night etc! That’s really good customer engagement! Don’t you agree?

Increasing Your Market Share Isn’t Just About Running Fancy Advertisements!

Don’t ever forget (or) lose sight of the fact that, great customer service, never goes out of style! And you never ever truly reach the finish line!

Therefore, ask yourself this eye opening question, before any and all future decisions involving your extremely valuable customer and or clients. “How” does this decision and or decisions ultimately affect/help our customers/clients?

Your customers and clients expect that each customer service interaction exceeds their positive expectations! Just make sure your “take no prisoners” customer service approach, is constantly evolving.

And constantly to look for the holes and how to effectively fill them! And your increase market share worries and concerns will become less and less of an issue! Don’t you agree?
