And hopefully you can see and appreciate that right? Because you and I can’t control Government regulations, nor can we prevent any type of prolonged nagging -local- recession, correct?
Nor can we control and or decide how much new and better financed competition will come on the scene. And I’m sure you’d agree that any and all of these factors can, and will ultimately affect your/our bottom line to some degree or another,correct?
You’d better hurry up and know it. Therefore, being the (oh so wise) and extremely dedicated entrepreneur that you are! Then it only makes sense that you do everything within your control to positively influence your first time customer and or client, in order to maximize both your short & long term revenues and gross profits, correct?

If You’re Really Serious About Not Going Broke Then Your Cash Starved Struggling Small Business Definitely Should Be Doing This!
Entrepreneur are you at all familiar with the phrase “institutionalize your marketing?” It’s just a fancy way of saying, going forward, after you’ve had a chance to inexpensively test, monitor and tweak your results.
You start making certain marketing techniques, strategies and or tactics a part of your everyday daily mode of operation(DMO) . So it’s no longer something you or your staff even have to think about! It’s just part of your daily marketing procedures, and you simply do ongoing tweaking here and there.
But’s it’s no longer (if) you’re going to do it, (it’s) just a matter of to what degree. That said, let’s explore two more things that you definitely need to be doing everyday.
Because doing so will definitely help you systematically increase your long term gross profits, while simultaneously decreasing your ongoing expenses!
1.) The first thing you must do everyday: Just to quickly revisit this all important on or offline data building process. And more importantly, when and how to properly go for your customers and or clients email and or mobile marketing address.(And offline database information as well!)
Recently while shopping at a major retailer, while completing the sale (during checkout), the cashier asked if, “I’d like to join their email list in order to receive future savings discount notices?” Pretty bland, right? So of course I declined.
However, had they made me aware of another more enticing/irresistible offer, by asking, “Sir did you get your (extremely time sensitive) 25-40% off your next three purchases VIP discount coupon yet?”
I’d have asked, “where do I sign up for that?” The point being, going forward, why not target your best customers and clients by creating a really big sign, with really big letters and place it near your checkout counter.
And inform your best customers/clients that they automatically qualify for a “free” or greatly reduced X when they spend X number of dollars or more! You gotta inexpensively price test entrepreneur, in order to determine which price point produces the best response.
But then you hand them a business and or index card that directs them to some market tested lead capture page in order to opt in. Power list building 101 at work.
The More You Systematically Tap Into Your Customers And Clients Resources The More Profitable You’ll Be!
2.) The second thing you must do everyday: This technique is potentially huge as well. Why not start systematically picking the brains of some of your best ground soldiers! Huh? Your very best repeat/long term customers and or clients!
Start a “rewards program” where you reward the “best tip of the day, week or month!” Set up a box (offline) or a special page on your WordPress blog, and solicit your customer/client base, and reward everybody that participates, but especially the top three suggestions, perhaps once per week!
And make it a worthwhile competition! And watch your customers and clients creative marketing juices fly! They’re full of untapped creative, low cost marketing/promotional ideas on how to help you (and I) improve our services and or products etc.
