You Can Increase Sales Now!
Let’s quickly discuss three more brain dead simple ways to increase sales now. But first, here’s something else for you to consider; how active are you in your local community? Actively guest speaking at local or regional events, is a really great way to establish your expertise in the eyes of your target market.
So here’s three more simple (non techie) ways to help you increase sales now; but honestly if all you’re gonna do is read about it and not implement, test, track and make adjustments accordingly. What’s the point?
1.) Strategy # one: This first proven strategy involves two things. First you know that you should periodically perform top to bottom walk through of your business, right? You know you should also periodically purchase from your major competitors, in order to perform a real side by side comparison.
But here’s the other real (potential) eye opener. You need to periodically perform this top to bottom walk through, to help you uncover bad or totally ineffective employees! Because their ineffectiveness is costly your business dearly.
2.) Strategy # two: Here’s another really brain dead simple (mega proven) marketing strategy. You’ve heard it said over and over, to put your extremely limited resources into results producing activities, right?
So why haven’t you found a consistent (and hopefully) inexpensive way to thank your best customers and clients! After all, you’re already familiar with the 80/20 Rule. Meaning- 80% of your current and future business will come from 20% of valued customer base! You already know this to be true, yet you don’t actively thank and reward them!
Knowing their immediate circle of influence, will be greatly persuaded by their recommendations! How can you consistently overlook that type of powerful opportunity and prefer instead to pay for outrageously expensive ad campaigns? And say you’re serious about strategically growing your business!
3.) Strategy # three: Asap; develop and promote within your company a healthy dialogue with your valued customers and clients. Make take no prisoner customer service job one. Return phone calls and emails as fast as you can. Keep in touch with your best customers and clients, because they only produce 80% of your revenue!

So How Do You Target New Customers?
Great question. Since your long term goal is to steadily increase your customer or client base. Right? No doubt. Me too BTW. But in doing so. You and I or your major competitors want to consistently leverage your current and future customer/client base.
You also want to systematically build long term relationships of all kinds. With different non directly competing vendors. Because the deeper and more rock solid those relationships are.
The less you and I or your major competitors have to invest on the initial front end. In order to ultimately generate the same or even better long term results. Agreed?
Extremely important note: And if by chance, you happen to know any of the lesser known podcasters, (or radio show host) who also target, small business owners, service providers or aspiring startups entrepreneurs etc.
