Three Simple Ways To Make Your Customers Say This Is Awesome!

So entrepreneur, be extremely honest here! Because this is important. When is the last time you did anything that caused (at least) some of your best customers or clients to say, “this is awesome!” 

It’s been that long huh? Well, do you think your major competitors are sitting around waiting for you to come to your senses? Not a chance! Conversely, are you constantly trying to figure out ways to increase your traditional ad budget? That way you can continually throw even more of your hard earned money away on totally useless traditional advertising methods!

Thought you said you were serious about making money! If so, why keep wasting money on stuff like those pens the specialty marketing company said would further boost your company’s image! How’d that deal work out? Your phone is literally ringing off the hook right? And they practically single handily crashed your server,right?

You betcha!

And the best part; these battlefield tested marketing tactics, won’t cost you a fortune to implement. Case in point:

1.) Don’t just acknowledge them on their birthday. Acknowledge their spouse or kids birthdays and or graduation from X too! Acknowledge those all important wedding anniversaries as well!

Whatdaya mean, “how” are you suppose to  collect this type of really personal information, without appearing like your from the NSA? Use a “free drawing” silly, what else? Start a club.

2.) Here’s another really simple yet oh so) profitable, long term money making strategy for the (big bucks) corporate america type of retailers. The next time you’ve got a grand opening scheduled. And your peeps are already lined up the night before or six hours in advanced etc.

Do two simple things, to make them jump all over social media,  saying this is awesome!

A.) Greet them outside and show up with enough free pizza and wings, so that everybody that wants some, can have some! Twitter and Facebook anyone?

B.) Get some coupons from the other most popular local vendors in the immediate area. Maybe pass out their VIP 20%  (or X %off) your first purchase, new customer only discount coupons!

3.) And finally: this last one is total gangsta! Remember, the big buck corporate types have got the really deep pockets, to pull these last two things off!

A.) Have all the eager future customers reach in your instant grab bag winner bowl. And at least three instant grand prize winners will get special 40% off every purchase for a whole year VIP discount cards!

Think about it for just a second! What do you think they’ll immediately? That’s right! They’ll be texting, selfie-ing and be all over social media! (Hold it!) They’re not done!

They’ll also include instant cash prizes like $10-$100 dollars in cash! Really cool free phones and tablets, worth a minimum of $200 dollars! At least twenty five $50 dollar gas cards etc!

Entrepreneur, this will cause a positive word of mouth and mouse buzz! Don’t you think! And it sure as heck beats the pants off blowing a fortune on local radio and TV ads, right?

B.) Here’s where they’ll bury their wannabe major competitors. They’ll assign every employee/associate a unique  six digit ID number. And every customer will be asked to simply grade their associate interaction after each purchase. And offer the customers a 10% off their next purchase coupon just for participating.

But each day they’ll tally the numbers, and the top three finishers for the day, week and month etc; get some really cool prizes, like a day off with pay! A whole shift at time and a half! Or pay half their rent or mortgage payment etc!

That will spawn “take no prisoners” customer service, like you simply can’t believe! And will most certainly have (both) your customers/clients and employees, constantly saying, this is awesome! Don’t you agree?
