And their total gross revenue base equals (believe or not) a staggering 150 billion (yes) you read that right! A 150 billion dollars in annual revenue!

To those (on and offline) patrons that are savvy enough to cater to them.

Because some of your peers (believe it or not) are purposely going out of their way to ignore this incredibly huge (virtually) untapped market base.

Three Simple Reasons Why You Don’t Have To Be A Master Card Customer Service Rep In Order To Stand Out In The Minds Of Your Best Customers!

Honestly, how hard is it to care enough to go out of your way to see to it, that a 20% of your daily loyal customer base ( a mentally challenged individual) gets extended the same exact common courtesy, that you extend to the other 80%?

You don’t really need to be a certified Master Card customer service rep, in order to do that, do you?

In other words, don’t hide behind the technology of the Internet, instead, use it as a way to reach out and connect with your customers.

Frequently check and return those emails.Because you never know what long opportunities, a few email correspondences can ultimately lead to!

2.) Customer service tip # two: Learn “how to” show genuine empathy for (both) your valued customers and or employees. Hear what they’re trying to convey to you.

Because both of those valuable assets, have keen insights into where your dropping the ball and coming up short! Their powerful free input can and will ultimately lead you to success! (No matter what your particular niche is.)

3.) Customer service tip # three: Leverage the powerful feedback and insights your best most loyal repeat customers/clients and valued employee/associates provide.

Create a contest, for (both) your customers and another for your valued employees.

And  (really) reward the top three suggestions they provide.
