So do you happen to run a large or small office? Or have you ever worked in a fairly large or small office environment of any kind?
If you’re currently running your own small business/service, you already know and thoroughly understand all the many different, and at times rather complicated hats, that extremely savvy entrepreneurs constantly wear, correct?
But here’s the $64,000 dollar question. In your typical small, medium sized and or large business/service.
Entrepreneur, who actually runs the real day to day operations of the business, and makes darn sure, (at every turn) the wheels don’t come completely off the hinges!
By helping and coordinating, practically everything critical aspect of the business, from the start of the day, until the very moment the lights go off and everybody heads elsewhere.
If you said the secretaries, you would be correct da mundo!
Oh sure, you’ve got several (extremely) qualified and capable people currently on your payroll, with the official title of office manager!
But whenever phone calls have to be made (asap), and extremely important deadlines have to be met or extremely important memos need to first be typed, proof read and finally dispersed etc!
Or when someone needs to contact a reliable IT professional, or be sure to call the building supervisor (again) and or owner, to complain the men’s rooms toilet needs to be serviced again!Who actually does that and so much more!
(Note: And let’s not forget they are typically the first line of defense gate keepers and daily perform major and minor customer service miracles at the drop of saving your business and their livelihood!)
You so got that right! And let’s not forget, “who” has to give their final okay and blessing on that really nice gift you’re thinking about getting your spouse/significant other, or daughter in law etc; for (take your pick), either Valentines or Mothers Day, her birthday or wedding anniversary etc!
Yep!So entrepreneur, needles to say, to make sure so many things (both) around the office (and her) home life go and stay good! It just may be in your best interest, especially long term, to see to it, that secretaries, and that includes some of your best vendors as well BTW, are constantly in a really good mood!Don’t you agree?
So What Are The Three Darn Good Reasons Why Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Need To Constantly Make Sure Every Bodies Secretaries Are In A Really Good Mood?
As you recently discovered in the first two installments, about how some extremely savvy entrepreneurs,(such as yourself) strategically use some of their very best vendors to systematically make more money, for a whole less upfront traditional out of pocket cost.
Ladies & gentlemen, you do realize that your vendors have amazing secretaries too, correct? Absolutely. So why not continuously strategically leverage them, (and their enormous clout) to increase your long term profits as well! Huh?
Stop and think about it for just a second. Whenever you or somebody else (that their owner/supervisor doesn’t) currently know yet, makes that initial cold call and or just shows up totally unexpectedly on their door step without an appointment!
Who gets to ultimately decide if you’ll either get a dial tone or, if you’ll actually be allowed in to see Mr. or Mrs. business owner/service provider!Bingo!
So it just sort of stands to reason, (does it not) the better you can make it for them, the better over time, they can and definitely will make it better for you!Yep!
So What’s The Ultimate Connection Between The Secretaries Really Good State Of Mind And Your Constantly Rising Bottom Line?
Now, not to be one to get things started! 😎 But (entrepreneur) picture this particular situation gradually unfolding if you will! One of your top, most reliable vendors, their secretary has been faithfully performing her daily miracles for them for the last seven plus years!
And no matter when you (or one of your staff) calls, and no matter what your businesses particular crisis is, she (or they) always make sure it’s (either) in the beginning stages of being completely resolved or else, she’s immediately on the phone to your organization, given you the latest blow by blow update, to “how” soon it will be, before it is!
And ( the really best part is), the two of you have been on a first name basis for years!(So far so good,right?) Mind you, even though your two outlet (Mom & Pop), family run jewelry store is currently number three in your local market!
That’s absolutely no excuse at all, that you can’t and shouldn’t strategically leverage the enormous clout of some of your most reliable vendors secretaries!
So here’s what you initially do, to get the ball rolling in a major way!Let’s call vendor (A.’s) secretary Jackie, simply for illustration purposes only!You call their office and ask “Jackie” to please do you a life saving favor, if she can! 😎
Now you know she’s definitely gonna be up for (at least) trying to save the day, yet again!Right? Tell her to please take a look at this link to your WordPress blog, and it has three different pictures of fabulous (eye catching) ladies earrings!
And they range in prices from a low of $150 dollars to $600 dollars!
And ask her, “if” she were going to purchase any of these, which ones would it be!Provided, of course money wasn’t the issue!Entrepreneur, can we safely presume she’d go with those (strictly to die for) $600 dollar stunners! 😎 Probably!
Now mind you, this call is made right before national Secretaries day (aka) Administrative Professionals Day! Anyway, yo have the ones she hand picked herself, sent to via a special local courier!
Along with an over sized card, a box of local gourmet, (mouth watering) chocolates and a dozen roses worth at least $80 dollars or more! Basically acknowledging secretaries day and “thanking” both her and her business owner(s) for the superb job they do for your organization 24/7!Let those series of events sink in for just a second!
Entrepreneur You Gotta Consistently Fertilize The Land Before You Can Effectively Harvest The Bounty!
Now of course, once she opens that box and her eyes light up with glee, when she sees (and puts on) those really eye catching earrings, that don’t forget, she actually chose! Along with everything else, you know she’s gonna be the center of attention for at least, the next few days, correct?
Be here’s the real “method” to your madness!Ladies & gentlemen, (please) be brutally honest here!If you were (or are) the spouse/significant other of the or one of the owners of the company.
And one of their longest, most loyal customers, that just happens to be a jeweler, and (your company) actually went to the trouble to send their main secretary some (drop dead gorgeous) $600 dollar earrings for secretaries day!
And to date, you don’t even currently have a pair that expensive and gorgeous! 😎 Can you see where this situation may need to be effectively dealt with by the owner(s) asap!Me too!! 😎
In part two, we’re gonna delve even deeper! But for now, hopefully it’s starting to become crystal clear, “why” extremely savvy entrepreneurs need to make darn sure every bodies secretaries are constantly in a really good mood!Don’t you agree?
