Three Potentially Profitable Reasons Why You Desperately Need Customer Support!

Entrepreneur, of all the necessary ingredients for long term success, where would you rate customer support? Somewhere near the top, middle or the bottom? One thing is for sure,  no matter what current size your business and or service is.

But especially if you’re a cash strapped small business, then you really need to make all important customer support a part of your long term marketing strategy. One important caveat is in order here.

The type of customer support that’s being advocating for here, is none other than good old customer/client feedback!

The Three Major Benefits Of Consistently Of Soliciting And Receiving Customer Support!

(And How It Can And Will Put More Money In Your Pocket!)

You know, while you’re hard at work inexpensively testing your various main power headlines and being extremely proactive on the various social media platforms, and that’s certainly a great start!

And hopefully, at some point all of your due diligence will translate into more income! But in the meantime, if that’s not happening fast enough for your own personal taste; then let the following three battlefield tested customer support strategies become part of your long marketing strategy as well.

1.) Proven customer support strategy # one: One of the simplest ways to increase your long term profits, is by protecting your current one’s! Huh? Meaning: make it your business to (immediately) do or send some type of automatic follow up message to every purchaser through mail order and or an online customer/client.

Because it’s simply an undeniable fact, that by periodically following up with both your mail order and online customers/clients, you’ll dramatically reduce your overall refund rates! And less refund requests equals higher net profits!

2.) Proven customer support strategy # two: You better hope that (at some point) your best customers and clients, care enough to voice out loud (complain) about anything they don’t like about your (our) products or services.

Otherwise they’ll just walk and more than likely, never come back! (And make it known all over social media.)

3.) Proven customer support strategy # three: On the flip side, suppose while you’re r systematically reaching out ( following up)  with your customers and or clients, and they give you some really positive (and totally) unexpected  feedback (aka) over the top praise, for your products or services.

Then you need to ask and hopefully get their permission to use their comments as a testimonial. Now hopefully you can see and appreciate why ongoing customer support is so vital to your long term success! Any questions?
