So ladies & gentlemen, hopefully part one of this ongoing series, detailing “how” some extremely savvy small business owners, and or service providers, consistently cash in big time, simply by understanding, how to properly structure, the (far too often) neglected, back end component of their business, totally made economic sense to you, correct?

Good! So glad to hear that. And here’s the other, (all too common) reaction and or (typically) lame response, to discovering this potentially, bank account filling marketing strategy.

That it’s only, or primarily for the big boys and girls, meaning, this potentially profitable strategy, only applies to the fortune 500 or fortune 100, really elite, deep pocketed corporations!

When truth told, nothing could be further from the real truth! As you’re about to discover shortly!

Bare in mind, you have got to be sincere, about entrepreneurship, otherwise, you’re simply going through the motions at best!

So Why In The World Would Any Serious Small Business Owner And Or Service Provider Purposely Neglect The Long Term Profit Generating Potential Of The Back End Of Their Business And Or Service?

My honest, initial gut kneed reaction to that particular question is two fold. A.) They simply do not realize, their current business and or service, has a potentially profitable back end, income producing component, (waiting to happen), but it’s simply being overlooking! 

B.) They literally have no -current- clue, “how to”  effectively go about properly structuring one, even if they are aware, that the potential for having one, is currently available to them! 😀

Case in point, ladies & gentlemen, there is a powerful, (real world) example, of a highly respected marriage counselor, that attempted to become a successful Internet marketer, by creating an ebook on, “what else?

A  step by step,“how to” guide, to help save your marriage, and of course, on the “back end” of his ebook, he was going to offer his specialty marriage counseling, at his usual market rates, of just $200 dollars per session/hour.

Don’t Stop And Or Neglect The Possibilities From Applying Some really Simple Small Business Marketing Strategies!

And or his slightly more advantageous rates, three pre paid sessions, for just $150 per hour, or $450 dollars pre paid, for three hour long sessions.

(Important note: Entrepreneur, hopefully you can see and appreciate, the proven business model being attempted by this particular marriage counselor, and not just the specific industry and the numbers!It’s the overall marketing concept, you’ve got to grasp!)

Anyway, (sadly) as you might have correctly concluded, this particular marriage counselor by trade, and (so desperately) wannabe Internet marketing guru, failed miserably, at trying to successfully sell their ebook online!

But that ladies & gentlemen is far from the end of the story! Thank goodness!Say what?

Sometimes Necessity Helps Make A Path For The Most Practical Small Business Marketing Strategies To Be Successfully Applied!

As a direct result of his failure to self publish his ebook, this marriage counselor, abandoned his dream of online success, and simply went back to doing what he really knew and loved best!

And luckily for him, an extremely savvy, (not to mentioned) experienced, online marketer, who just happens to be a perennial, high six figure a year earner.

They ultimately found this counselor, and after doing some professional research on the niche, they concluded, this niche, and the counselors consulting skills, were a potential (marketing) home run!

So here’s “what” he proposed, and got readily accepted by the marriage counselor.The expert online marketer, would do “what” he knew “how to” do best!

Meaning; (going forward)they would be responsible for 100% of the (online) ongoing cost to market/promote the counselors, “how to” save your marriage ebook!

The net result? After a little initial, and constant (ongoing) testing and tweaking, the once failed Internet marketing wannabe marriage counselor/author, now routinely nets a cool $200 thousand dollars a year, and constantly growing!

Completely passive back end, marriage counseling fees, and referral fees, from his ever growing, satisfied customer/clients list!

    You are SO right – the back end is where the action is. I actually lose money on the front end, so without a viable back-end my business will go bust.

    Whether it’s the server at McDonalds asking if we want fries with our order, or a digital marketer promoting a one-time offer just after they’ve purchased the initial cheap product – the back end is where we make the money

    Some businesses miss out on a lot of high margin revenue by not being effective at upselling
