So have you also noticed how, far too many small business owners and or service providers, (unfortunately) seem to fixate on basically one approach to what it is they do?

And they often don’t see all the potential untapped marketing opportunities and or possibilities, even their semi cash strapped small business and or service, is truly capable of tapping into.

Case in point. A while back, a very successful entrepreneurial minded CPA (Certified Public Accountant) by trade, revealed how she was able to in essence sell her fairly lucrative CPA practice.

And almost immediately go full time into being a profit generating entrepreneur, who specialized in helping, (both) struggling CPA firms further maximize and reach their full earning capacity.

Plus, over the years, she and her carefully picked and professionally trained staff, began to specialize in helping independently owned, small to mid sized business owners and or service providers, build up their revenues, before they either sold and or brought in different types of investment and or strategic alliance partners.

There Are Many Proven Ways To Build An Incredibly Profitable Sales Funnel!

One of the really profitable strategic alliances she was wise enough to form and maintain, early on in her blossoming entrepreneurial career, was with local real estate business brokers.

Whose primary client base was made of at least, 40% or more, of local business owners and or service providers, whose primary business, currently grossed at least seven figures a year.

So here’s how she and the various, local real estate business brokers, helped each other earn an awful lot of money. Basically, because this extremely marketing savvy CPA knew she definitely needed her very own VIP opt in email list and offline database as well.

Over a five year period, her opt in list now exceeded 3,500. And what she would periodically do, is send a series of an unscheduled “broadcast” email messages, along with the occasional snail mail post card message as well.

Basically she would let her subscribers know, since she had an exclusive arrangement with one of the areas top rated, real estate business brokerage firms, as well as one of the areas top real estate brokerage firms, which specialized in mid to high level single family homes.

Strategic Alliances Opens The Door To Multiple Streams Of Income Producing Opportunities!

They could list either their primary business and or homes, and pay just 3% in commissions, as opposed to the typical 6% transaction fee, the vast majority of the other equally qualified professionals were currently charging.

Stop and consider for just a moment, what a major difference, a mere 3% can and definitely does make. Especially over time.

The Positive Word Of Mouth And Mouse Approach Is Typically A Whole Less Expensive And Far More Profitable In The Long Run!

Let’s say the business eventually sells for $2.5 million dollars. A six percent gross commission, equals a $62,500 dollar commission, for the selling principals involved.

However, a three percent commission, equals $75,000 dollars in brokerage fees.

In other words, the former CPA’s clients, just saved $75,000 dollars! Wanna put that amount in a financial calculator, and compound it at just 8%, (with the interest re-invested), compounded over the next twenty five years, to see what it could potentially grow into! 😀
