As of right now are you or do you plan on implementing any type potentially bank account filling smart marketing strategies or tactics? If so. The door is literally wide open for you or your major competitors to step outside the outrageously expensive, dismally performing traditional advertising box.
And as soon as you do. You or your major competitors can start systematically generating first time customers or clients for literally pennies on the dollar.
Plus inexpensively access their professional and personal inner circles -by extension- for a fraction of the traditional cost. And when you or your major competitors build and nurture some rock solid relationships.
You won’t need to invest nearly as much money on the initial front end of your sales funnel. As your major competitors do. So whose for consistently generating at least 40% more first time customers, for literally pennies on the dollar? If so turn the page and let’s get started…
So Have You Ever Wondered What Is The Primary Difference Between Strategies And Tactics?
In a nutshell. Your overall marketing or promotional strategy tends to be “what” you or your major competitors plan to do long term. While your tactics are “what” you do short term.
Case in point. Suppose your women-s fragrance distributorship is targeting local women. Ideally between the ages 21-55. Because after carefully running your ideal female customers total lifetime customer value metrics.
You realize your ideal female customer is easily worth somewhere between $189 – $6,500 dollars. Give or take over the next five to seven month period.
This being the case. Here’s how you initially plan on getting the word out both on and off of social media. For literally pennies on the dollar. You’ll approach a couple of incredibly poplar local bars.
Especially if they have “live Karaoke” nights. Say what? This way you know they’ll be at least a few local ladies present. And you’ll offer to do the following for the owner(s) of the bar.
First every female employee. Regardless of whether they currently work full or part time. You or your major competitors will gladly provide them with 32 oz. bottle of one of your lower level perfumes.
And even though they typically retail for at least $189 dollars per bottle. These female employees can either.
1.) First: Come to your store alone with their extremely time sensitive gift certificate, before the hand written date on it expires. And they get to purchase a popular 32 oz. bottle of one of your best selling perfumes. And save 10 or X% off the typical retail price of $189 dollars.
2.) Second: They can drag a friend with them whose at least 18 and not a current opt in email or text message subscriber of yours.
And as long as these female employees join your opt in email or text message list as well. They get the 32 oz. bottle of perfume for free. Say what?
Who Says Ethical Bribery Isn’t A Valid Marketing Strategy Or Tactic?
So needless to say. The vast majority of these female employees will leap at the chance to drag a friend with them whose at least 18. Before the hand written expiration date written on your extremely time sensitive gift certificate expires.
And they’ll also eagerly join you or your major competitors opt in email or text message list. Correct? For sure. But far more importantly. You’ll also invest in at least three bottles of extremely high end champagne.
Which typically retails for at least $400 dollars a bottle. Say what? Of course you or your major competitors will get them at cost. Because of what you’re going to do with them. On the bar’s traditionally slowest night of the week. Each lady who enters the bar will be given a ticket.
Which allows her to sample a nice tall glass of extremely great tasting champagne. And once the three or X number of bottles are gone that’s it for the night.
Going Forward Let Smart Marketing Be Or Quickly Become The Rule! (Not The Exception!)
Plus the first 25 or X number of women who enter the bar will also be given a single yellow rose. So you know the pictures and videos will constantly be posted both on and off of social media. Correct? Absolutely.
And once they get back to either their job or if they own their own business or run their own service of some kind. Once they get back to their personal or professional inner circles. You know they’ll be constantly sharing, (more like bragging) about what happened to them, right? No doubt.
The first 50 or X number of women who enter the bar are also gonna get a sealed envelop with the words in big red print. Written on the outside of the envelop. “You definitely deserve this!”
