Okay, let’s be brutally honest right about now. Your traditional offline bricks and mortar business definitely has to successfully compete, not only with their constantly growing offline competitors. Right?
But an ever growing crowd of aspiring online marketers as well. So needless to say. You or any other traditional bricks and mortar business owner.
Never, ever has a dull moment these days, correct? It’s bad enough. After you commit, to some type of long term lease. And you borrow, (if you can), as much cash as possible. To invest in shelving.
Inventory, hiring employees. Insurance and then there’s your different types marketing, advertising or promotional considerations. Right? And let’s face it already. A staggering 90% or more, of most profiting seeking small business owners or service providers.
Have very little if any real social media marketing know how. Sure, they might have a Facebook fan/business page. But they’re not very active on it.
But they really have no idea whatsoever, how to effectively utilize it. And truth told, they advertise or attempt to promote their business or service, far more than they ever attempt to strategically market it. Or at least they did, up into now. Correct?
Who Says Just Because You’re A Bricks And Mortar Owner You Can’t Be A Pretty Effective Marketer As Well!
Case in point. Let’s say you’re the primary marketing director, for a single location, women-s facial salon. And you’re ideal female customer, because your single location. Is not only in an upscale are of town.
But your ideal female customer, typically earns high five, six and even seven figure incomes per year. This being the case. You already appreciate, their total lifetime customer value metrics, are easily somewhere in the neighborhood of $200- $3,500 dollars. Give or take over the next five to seven year period.
However, what you definitely want to avoid is constantly spending a fortune on outrageously expensive, dismally performing, traditional advertising or promotional methods. Correct?
Because for one thing whenever you or your major competitors spend money on outrageously expensive, traditional advertising or promotions. In order to generate a first time customer, typically you will need to get your message in front of a completely cold audience.
On average anywhere from 7-14 times. Or more. (Per campaign.) Say what? Before your ideal prospect even begins noticing your message. And sadly, far too many aspiring on or offline entrepreneurs typically go broke.
Before their traditional advertising or promotional campaigns start to pay off. On the other hand. Because you or your major competitors decide to go the less traditional route.
You can start to build your brand for literally a fraction of the traditional long term costs.
This Is Why You Gotta Start Generating Your Fair Share Of Word Of Mouth And Mouse Marketing Opportunities!
So you initially reach out to at least two of the areas top female real estate brokers, who specialize in selling upscale residential, single family homes, townhouses or condos etc.
Which typically start at $500,000 dollars an up. And because these outrageously successful lady brokers, are directly and indirectly connected to some of the best: Local plumbers, landscapers, PR, social media and branding experts. They also know who has the best day care facilities.
They know who the best designer jewelers are. And the best attorneys, who specialize in residential and commercial property closings. Who the top CPA’s, CFP’s and top divorce attorneys are etc.
They routinely socialize with local political big wigs. They know both TV and radio general managers. Past and present.
They know quality roofers, landscapers and which local upscale restaurants to dine out at. And equally important, which ones to avoid. They know which local florists to patronize and which local independently owned bakeries to do business with etc. (Depending on which particular situation their clients and prospects are currently celebrating. Or soon will be celebrating.)
The point of sharing this particular list is. These local professionals can easily start out with their own current, future and past client base.
And start offering each female customer, one of your extremely time sensitive gift certificates for one free, women-s deluxe facial treatment. Which is a $47 or X dollar value.
Who Says You Can’t Strategically Build Your Brand Using others Non Directly Competing Vendors Products Or Services As Ethical Bribes!

With the catch being, the female recipients gets two extremely time sensitive gift certificates. And as long as they drag a friend with them, whose at least 18. Before the gift certificates/discount coupon expires.
