Customer acquisition and retention

This Is How Hyper Customer Acquisition And Retention Takes Place On A Massive Scale!

Right now as you’re attempting to scale your business or service. What proven marketing or promotional methods are you at least inexpensively A/B split testing?

And is your focus, (sadly) like the vast majority of your major competitors. Solely on the initial front end of your business or service. Yes of course you and I should definitely be laser focused on earning a profit on the initial front end. Whenever possible.

But you also shouldn’t neglect the long term profit generating potential of laser focusing on some market tested, hyper customer acquisition and retention strategies and tactics.

Because doing so will help you or your major competitors systematically lower your upfront out of pocket costs. And these additional gross front end savings, can and should be creatively used to lead generate. And compel your best prospects and customers to inexpensively refer new business.

So Do You Currently Have A Realistic Customer Retention Plan Or Not?

For just a second. (Please!) seriously consider the following all too common previously untapped marketing opportunities. Your single location, non franchised retail appliance center wants to scale.

But not through the outrageously expensive corporate methods. Say what? Sure you’d love to have a flood of brand new first time customers. A percentage of whom ultimately become long term repeat customers. Your challenge is. How in the world do you or your major competitors consistently make it happen.

Without borrowing a ton of money. With both interest rates and repayment terms which may actually put your business or service at risk. Because when you consider the constant mounting pressure, from at least a percentage of your ideal customer base is experiencing shrinking income.

They’ve seen their hours dramatically cut. Others have temporarily lost or experienced their main source of income wiped out altogether, because their primary employer closed their doors for good.

And some of your ideal commercial accounts have been negatively affected because of the virus as well. So maybe they had to temporarily renegotiate their lease or loan terms etc.

And now less money is available to either pay their current employees, hire new ones or convert more part time employees into full timers. No matter how you slice it. Less gross profit on the front end means less viable options on the back end. Right?

The Right Market Tested Exposure Marketing Can Potentially Equal Big Long Term Gross Profits!

So imagine a few of your non directly competing vendors or suppliers who have delivery personnel. Who unfortunately have had their hours temporarily reduced from full to part time.

So needles to say. These days they’re finding it a lot more challenging to pay their full or partial rent, mortgage, car payment, consistently buy groceries. Or consistently keep up with their mounting credit card bills.

Some more than likely. They’re at least semi open to possibly earning some additional part time income on the side. Without having to get an additional part time job or try and start some type of side business venture.

Basically what you or your major competitors would like them to do initially. Is simply pass out some extremely time sensitive, market tested gift certificates of yours. And basically pay them $50 or X number of dollars for every lead which converts into a first time paying customer. And get this.

They earn $50 dollars per lead/paying customer. No matter how much or how little each customer initially spends. Because you know your ideal customer currently has a total lifetime customer value metric of somewhere between $150- $13,000 dollars. Give or take over the next five to seven year period.

Consistently Do This And It Won’t Be Hard To Maintain Customer Loyalty!

First. Before you or your major competitors even begin inexpensively testing this particular promotional strategy. You will gladly allow the owner(s) of the business or service.

Along with their current and future employees non directly competing vendors and suppliers. They all receive lifetime VIP (Very Important Persons) customer discounts of 25 or X%.

So you know these individuals will constantly go out of their way to brag both on and off of social media, right? Absolutely. Especially if their initial purchase is a high end state of the art tablet. Which usually retails for at $880 dollars.

And as long as they remain an active opt in email or text message subscriber. Plus drag a friend with them whose at least 18. Before their extremely time sensitive gift certificate expires. They get to purchase their tablet at your actual hard cost. Say what?

How often do you think they’ll share your marketing generosity with their current and future professional and personal inner circle. And since a local business owner has professional and personal access to tons of other local business owners and service providers.

Word will definitely spread far and often. Don’t you agree? Absolutely. They also may have extremely close family members, current, ex and future neighbors who also earn nice incomes. Current and future in laws.

And you know at least some them will want more than high end tablets, right? Bingo. This is just the tip of the marketing iceberg. Don’t you agree? But this is definitely how hyper customer acquisition and retention takes place on a massive scale. Don’t you agree?

  1. Connections connections connections; that’s where it’s all at, Mark. How you wrap up your posts is why you are so connected. When we connect with humans, help them and be generous with them, the magic of our One-ness unfolds. People help you build your business by becoming customers, remaining customers and also by referring you to other like-minded folks who become customers. How cool is that?
