You need a “likes” campaign. And a so cold “cold traffic” campaign. Then a “re-targeting campaign.” By now your head is literally spinning with total confusion, correct? On the other hand. Let’s say you’re the senior marketing director. Or one of the respected, senior marketing/PR (Public Relations) directors.
