The Number One Reason Why The Average Sales Rep And Newbie Marketer Fail Miserably!

(And How To Make Sure This All Too Common Problem Doesn’t Apply To You!)

So do you know, or perhaps, a better question might be, (how) many struggling sales reps (and or)  constantly starving and struggling online newbie marketers do you currently know?

Hmm? That many huh? Guess what? Have you noticed a really (sort of) tragic trend, that plaques practically all of them?

Because, no matter “how” they actually prospect, be it offline door to door, and or over the phone etc.

Or if they’re marketing primarily online and, they’re using state of the art, mobile responsive WordPress blogs, videos and or (directory based) article marketing etc.

They do practically everything else right, accept, when it comes to faithfully executing this one major requirement! Here’s where (sadly) a staggering 98% of them simply drop the ball!

So What Is The Number One Reason Why The Average Sales Rep And Or Newbie Online Marketer So Often Fails Miserably?

(And What Must You And I Do In Order To Avoid The Exact Same Fate!)

Believe or not,(even) though it’s already an established fact, that while the (all too typical) sales rep, has only read (maybe) three actual sales based selling books, (from cover to cover!)

Over the course of their entire career in the profession called selling. Can you freaking believe it?

Oh how sad! And the average (offline) sales rep, will bite the dust within six months or less! And the average online, (wannabe) newbie blogger, will quickly (abandon) their newly started commercial blog, typically (within) 90 days of beginning it!

And your all too typical wannabe affiliate newbie marketer, no matter (which) particular medium they choose, to promote their business, products and or services etc; practically all of them, will do almost everything else right, except for the most important thing!

Who Else Wants To Know How To Sell Information Products And Or Services Like The Top Two Percent Do!

Case in point: Let’s say you’ve decided to start blogging, in order to (hopefully) attract your ideal target prospect!Good for you!And it’s certainly about time!

And (let’s) say you’re a mere thirty days in,and  you’re unique monthly visitor count, totally sucks, (just like mine) did when I first started blogging, and (virtually) had absolutely no clue what I was doing! 😎

So you decide to seek out the help of a totally qualified,“Instant Targeted Traffic” generating expert, like the lady featured in the video directly below!(Whose my Coach BTW!)

Her name is Janice Wald (BTW), and she not only happens to be an expert, at consistently generating highly targeted traffic to your (newbie) blog!

But she also happens to specialize in showing inexperienced newbie bloggers, “how to” dramatically increase their (free) organic traffic, by as much as 50%, (usually) within the next 120 days or less!(You go girl! 😀 )

In fact, here’s two of her most recent posts, where’s she lays out in step by step detail, (exactly)“how” you and I can do just that! 1.) Her recent blog post on “blogger collaboration.” And here’s the link to her other must read post.

If You’re A Total Newbie Marketer Please Be Ware!

2.) Another excellent-two part- blog post series, on dramatically increasing your targeted- organic -blog traffic, simply by strategically using the “StumbleUpon” social media platform the correct way!

(Important note! Entrepreneur, please be sure you watch the entire 40 second video!Because it reveals the true key to this entire post!

There is an extremely fatal profit killing (marketing flaw), left out of it (on purpose!) See if you can figure it out on your own! Before you read about it directly below!)

How To Permanently Overcome The Number Reason Why A Staggering 97% Of All Sales Reps And Online Newbie Marketers Constantly Fail!

(And What You And I Must Do From Now On In Order To Avoid The Exact Same Fate!)

So did you figure it out (all on) your own? Pretty sad, right? Indeed! The rest of you give up?

Here’s the deal!Since Janice and I are cross promotional/ JV (Joint Venture Partners), I asked her to do me a couple of really big favors! Both of which, will definitely benefit you!

First: I asked her if she would ( pretty please) extend a very special offer on one of her most popular, and extremely beneficial Coaching programs, to you, my ( VIP) audience and or subscribers!

Unfortunately There Are Many Potential Pitfalls Which Await A Newbie Marketer!

(And she graciously did so!)  Thanks Janice! Second: In order to share an incredibly powerful, (yet) oh so subtle marketing lesson!

I asked her to purposely not include any type of “annotations”, (written web address), and or any type of CTA, (Call To Action)  in her video!

Wanna know “why?” So I could demonstrate to you first hand, “why” a staggering 97% or more of sales reps, and or online newbie marketers fail miserably!

Even when they’re pro-actively using one of the hottest marketing mediums around, which is video marketing!Huh?

Far Too Many Wannabe Successful Sales Reps And Or Online Newbie Marketers Constantly Drop The Ball At Precisely The Wrong Time!

Ladies & gentlemen, please don’t forget (and or) neglect, this all too important point!Creating any type of marketing message, (including) shooting a video, and then failing miserably to properly direct your audience, through some type of market tested (CTA), “Call To Acton”  to take some form of next step!

It’s like mailing a letter (and or) postcard, with no “address” on it! Where the heck is it suppose to go? And “what’s” the point?

Sadly The Typical Online Newbie Marketer Is Just Not Yet Experienced Enough To Avoid So All Too Common online Marketing Mistakes!

It’s utterly useless, (and a) colossal waste of your extremely valuable time and resources,  to shoot some sort of promotional video, and not have the eventual web address, (and or) lead capture page address, you’re trying to send your audience to!(Stop it!)

(And or (at the very least), directing your audience to at least subscribe to your video channel!)

Thinking that you’re effectively using video marketing, simply because you shoot videos, is sort of like telling people, you’re in the banking field, simply because you occasionally loan a few close friends and family members money! 😎

Just Because You’re Proactively Marketing!(Doesn’t Automatically Mean You’re Doing It Right!)

It’s a stretch at best!Would you not agree? Great! So failure to give specific instructions, and to (always!) include some sort of (CTA) in any and all of your marketing messages, whether they be opt in email, videos, podcasts and or blog post, or articles submitted directly to article marketing directories etc!

Is the number one reason “why” a staggering 97% of all sales reps and or newbie marketers, constantly struggle and ultimately fail! Don’t you agree? Any questions? Now as is customary during this part of our show.

  1. Hi Mark! Thank you for helping me promote my blog coaching service. The offer is true. I will definitely extend a new client discount to members of your community that mention your name.
    Happy new year!
    Janice

  2. You are as always spot on with your advice Mark, in fact just the other day I was searching YouTube for a tutorial on how to use a particular WordPress plugin and while there were many I must admit i got sidetracked watching the different styles and how people were (or were not) promoting their services. I’m also surprised how many people don’t bother to use the YouTube option for that “I” icon with a brand image and link to their channels. Fascinating stuff …

  3. I think another reason most people fail at this kind of work is because they don’t realize it requires a lot of time and hard-work. They dive in thinking that all they have to do is make a website, upload a few articles, and the sales will arrive the next day. The truth is that it takes a long time and not everyone is up for the challenge. And that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Working online is not for everyone. Thanks for the detailed article!
