So Who Else Wants To Discover Some Potentially Profitable Revenue Generation Strategies And Tactics?

Entrepreneur have you noticed “how” practically every time you set out to multiply (scale) your results. You usually end up spending more and more money. Initially anyway until you even begin to experience any positive (read that as) bankable results.

Funny how that particular pattern keeps repeating itself, right? On the other hand. What if you really could inexpensively dip your toe on the initial front end of your sales funnel.

And consistently experience some type of bankable revenue generation. Would that not be worth your time and continuous effort? I sincerely hope so. Because the remainder of this post is dedicated to revealing ‘how’ you or your major competitors can do so. For literally pennies on the dollar. Is this worth devoting your irreplaceable time to read further?…..

Sadly Some So Called Revenue Generation Activities Often Turn Out To Be Nothing More Than Outrageously Expensive Advertising!

Please don’t take offense to this. But if you’re still wasting your extremely hard earned money on pens, messages on the back of grocery store receipts or untargeted direct snail mail post cards to particular zip codes.

Where typically 99% of the recipients not only have no idea ‘who” your business or service is. And currently aren’t in the market for what you’re promoting anyway. (And probably won’t be anytime soon.)

Or worst yet. You’re  constantly wasting a fortune on those outrageously expensive, dismally performing local billboard ad campaigns.(first of all stop doing it immediately and reassess “why” you ever started down that path.)

And start investing your marketing budget so you experience some positive ROI (Rate On Investment) for a change. Are you with me here?

So How Would Investing A Fraction Of Your Typical Advertising Budget Possibly Be Worth While?

This is an excellent question entrepreneur. And so glad you asked it. So let’s use strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Your typical single location, mom & pop non franchised gourmet coffee shop for potentially eye opening example.

Typically the locals come in and every day a certain percentage of them pay $8.79 or X for you extremely great tasting Xtra large “big Gulp” beverage, right? (And of course this is a good thing.)

However, entrepreneur a simple marketing tweak or two could and probably will cause an avalanche of additional long term front and back end gross profits. And you’re talking literally pennies on the dollar.

Going forward, you charge each customer the same $8.79 or X per cup for any Xtra large “Big Gulp” beverage of their choice. Both now you inform every time they bring the cup back with them. You or your major competitors will ethically bribe them for doing so.

Because now they only pay somewhere between $1.99 – $2.79 or X per cup. This incredibly brain dead marketing/promotional strategy ought to sound mighty familiar to you veteran readers of either this blog and or my podcast “The Marketing Minute.”

Which you can listen to on Spotify.com. (But that’s just the initial front end. It’s “what” you and your major competitors consistently do to enhance it. Which can and definitely will make all the difference.

Entrepreneur You Definitely Don’t Have To Run Fast As Long As You’re Constantly Moving In The Right Direction!

Notice “how” you could also ethically bribe your most loyal cup holders to bring their cups to your shop on your two traditionally slowest days of the week and they automatically get a bakers dozen. Meaning 13 instead of twelve whatever. Bagels, donuts or your great tasting pastries.

Plus whenever they bring their cups with them they automatically save 25 or X% off any cookies, pastries, bagels, with or without cream chees. They also save 25 or X% off cakes or pies.

Think about the positive word of mouth or mouse buzz this incredibly simple strategy will definitely have. They take their cup to either where they work or their own place of business.

If they own their own or service. They take their cup with them. And X number of employees or co-workers, vendors or relatives see it at home.  Look at the positive (viral word of mouth) exposure constantly being generated.

And you haven’t spent an additional nickel on outrageously expensive traditional advertising methods.

When Your Customers  Are Made To Feel Special! (They Will Definitely Spread The Word Both On And Offline!)

Case in point. Whenever your gourmet coffee shop introduces a new beverage, pastry or whatever. Every customer who brings their cup with them. They automatically save X% off during your introductory period.

Plus if they happen to own their own business or service. You or your major competitors will gladly provide them with X number of free Xtra large “Big Gulp” plastic mugs. So they can give them to their current and future employees. Their current and future vendors.

Who now skip paying retail for their very first cup. And instead start paying $1.99 – $2.79 or X per cup from now on. Along with all of the other previously mentioned benefits.

Hopefully you can now better appreciate “how” some extremely low cost revenue generation strategies and tactics. Can and definitely will make a big difference. Given a little time and laser focused effort. Don’t you agree?
