    I appreciate the great and “savvy” marketing tips you’ve let us in on here.

    PS: I also like the presentation format you used.

    The idea I really liked was giving the real estate owners furniture at cost.

    Like you said, it sounds crazy (and it does)… so why?

    Well, your answer made so much sense. You’ve just build a raving fan base of high income folks who will not only be back to do more business with you (for sure)… but they’ll be telling all their other high income friends and associates about you.

    I call that free word of mouth advertising. Great idea!

    Now, you’ve applied this to physical products, but it doesn’t take much to use this concept as a digital marketer, too. Give people great value and they’ll love you, plus talk about you everywhere.
