So how are you currently advertising, marketing or promoting, your products and services? Especially the profitable ones. And how’s it going? And while you’re pro-actively promoting or marketing your products or services.

And or when, you start to develop and nurture, some multiple streams of income producing opportunities. Your business or service, can and definitely will steadily grow. For literally pennies on the dollar. As you’re about to discover.
Why Keep Settling For Some Dismally Performing One To One Results!
Say for example. Right now, your single location, retail furniture store. Probably has, a state of the art WordPress website or blog, correct? And like the vast majority of your major competitors.
You’re sort of or kinda pro-active on various social media platforms, correct? Because you know and fully appreciate, why you can’t afford, to continually ignore the long term marketing potential, of being pro-active on social media. Right?
Still in all. You’re running a business, or at least trying to right? So it’s not like, during various parts of your incredibly busy day. You or any staff members or employees, have time to stop what you’re doing, and send or schedule some worth while tweets, right?
Or maybe you’ll start doing Facebook lives, a couple of times a week. Well maybe. But more than likely, you just can’t schedule time to frequently post on Instagram.
(Hey I definitely get it.) But here’s the flip side of the proverbial marketing coin. Right now. No matter what the current size of your business or service is. And no matter ‘how’ semi cash strapped or resource challenged you are.

For just a moment. Stop and consider these untapped, cross promotional opportunities. You reach out to a few or one of the top, non franchised, independently owned, local moving company owners.
And at least a few of the local apartment finder associations. And a few of the top, residential and commercial real estate brokers.
And a few of the top, local, residential real estate agents, who routinely sells single family homes, condos or townhouses. In the $500,000 dollar range and up.
And allow each of them, to offer, their current, future and past customers, extremely time sensitive, discount coupons. Where they can save in at least two ways.
1.) First: The discount coupon recipient, (for an extremely limited time), can save X% off, just for redeeming your market tested discount coupons or gift certificates.
2.) Two: Just for joining your opt in email/mobile marketing list. And dragging a friend with them to your store/warehouse, whose at least 18. Before the discount coupon expires.
They save even more off their very first or first few purchases.
If You Don’t Pro-actively Start Creating Some Form Of Multiple Streams Of Income Producing Opportunities! (Your Major Competitors Definitely Will!)
Keep in mine. Your retail furniture store, should also be pro-actively power networking, with some reputable, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning companies as well.
However, you can and should A/B split test, different marketing approaches, with both the non franchised carpet and upholstery cleaners. Because, it may make more economic sense, fort you to:
A.) Just offer the carpet or upholstery cleaners, a set fee of X, for every lead they refer to you. Regardless of how lucrative your long term, back end ultimately turns out to be.
B.) Or, after strategically A/B split testing. You may discover over time,(and after some ongoing tweaking and carefully tracking), it’s even more lucrative, for you or your major competitors, to just cross promote these two local, non directly competing vendors.
Besides, since you know, the total lifetime customer value metrics, of your ideal customers. And it’s easily, somewhere in the neighborhood of $6,500 – $17,000 dollars.
Give or take, over the next five to seven years. So you might JV (joint venture) partner, with both the carpet cleaner and upholstery cleaner. By paying their lead generation costs up to X%.
In exchange, for them offering your extremely time sensitive gift certificates or discount coupons to their best customers. In exchange for them initially doing one of three things. All of which, you’ll discover in part two. Okay?
In the meantime. Are you starting to better appreciate, how and why, you or your major competitors, definitely need to start creating, some multiple streams of income producing opportunities? Say yes!
