Hidden profit centers  (Because It Definitely Doesn’t Take The Type Of Herculean Effort You Probably Think!)

Of course it’s nice to think your/our business and or service. Has some previously untapped, potentially valuable. Hidden profit centers, right? 😀

Seriously, just depending on “how” deep you and or your major competitors wish to go. And how dedicated you are to systematically discovering what they are. Granted, they may not initially be seven or multi seven figure a year income producing enhancements. 😀

But these various strategic, income producing improvements. Can and definitely will add at least a few additional dollars to your bottom line. Are you ready to discover how?

Seriously Consider Implementing These Potentially Profitable Income Producing Activities!

It’s very possible. Not only could this particular location have a traditionally slowest day or days of the week. (But with just a little strategic A/B split testing.

You and or your major competitors may discover on those particular days. It might even be further segmented into. Either the day or the early evening. Or the late night shift. Is actually the slowest of the slow days. 😀

Which might potentially open the door to some creative marketing incentives. And they definitely don’t have to be over the top. Not at first anyway.

And if your marketing/promotional capital/budget isn’t nearly as large as your major competitors. These are the type of marketing opportunities which you and I and or your major competitors have to maximize. Don’t you agree?

And Why Not At Least Inexpensively Test Some Type Of Incentive Marketing Strategies And Tactics?

Let me try and give you some idea. Using some hypothetical marketing examples. Which are strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only.

What if ion one particular evening shift pr week. (Just depending on the particular season.) Your stats indicate more women between the ages of X and X.

Come into your combination mini mart and store. So you or your major competitors should stock on on? The X number of products. Your typical female customers seem to buy more of.

Or if men between the ages of X to X drop in more often on certain days or times of night. Then clearly the best, most productive marketing/promotional strategy is to stock up on the X most popular products more men seem to buy.

However, here’s where it potentially gets extremely profitable. Especially over the long ter. Let’s say you’re a local, non franchised retail jeweler.

And you’d love to leverage the increase in local female customers. To this particular mini mart.

Why Not Give More Local Ladies Which Fit Your Particular Demographic! (Multiple Reasons To Frequent One Of Your Joint Venture Partners Businesses And Or Services!)

You and or your major competitors could start. By investing anywhere from $2,000 – $5,000 dollars. In x number of pounds of gourmet coffee. And starting at certain time of the day or evening shift at the mini mart.

Every female who spends at least X. They get one Xtra Large beverage of their choice. And instead paying the typical retail price of $11.99 per cup or X.

They only pay $3.99 per cup or X. Word will definitely spread, correct? 😀 But here’s the next couple of legs.

You and or your major competitors could at least inexpensively test. You’ll discover what they ar. Coming up very shortly in part two, okay? For now, are you okay with discovering how to inexpensively monetize your previously hidden profit centers? Say yes!
