So If You’re Still Not Using Potentially Profitable Word Of Mouth Or Mouse Marketing Yet! Part Two

(Why The Heck Not?)

Hopefully after initially reading and re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You are more convinced than ever you definitely need to be implementing as often as possible some type of positive word of mouth and mouse marketing strategies and tactics asap. Don’t you agree?

Because unless you have extremely deep corporate pockets entrepreneur mixed in with a ton of marketing/promotional patience. You’ll starve trying to make outrageously expensive, traditional advertising methods consistently work for you. Because the general public and your specific target audience pretty much tunes it out.

Meanwhile each local primetime radio or TV ad or outrageously expensive Sunday newspaper insert you pay for. These traditional methods cost a ton of your extremely hard earned money. Regardless of “how” profitable they ultimately turn out to be.

And of course if they’re not consistently paying for themselves. Your bank account steadily drains. And who can afford that particular or a similar outcome?

Who Says Successfully Building Brand Equity Is Only For The Corporate Big Boys And Girls?

Quickly picking up where part one left off. Typically since at least a few if not most of the men’s stylist and the owner(s) themselves will be huge sports fans of some kind.

And more than likely have a favorite team they relentlessly root for no matter what. You or your major competitors inform both the owner(s) and the current stylist(s.)

The moment they collectively as a group generate at least 25 or X number of first time customers for your non franchised, single location retail appliance store.

You will personally buy each individual stylist as well as the owners(s) authentic sports jerseys of their favorite sports team. Along with authentic hats too. As long as the hats are available. Say what? Entrepreneur think about the extremely long term marketing/promotional goodwill.

This rather inexpensive marketing gesture will definitely generate. You know all or most of them will be texting (more likely  constantly bragging ) like crazy.

Plus endlessly posting selfies as well as group selfies and their fair share of videos to their social media accounts showing off their authentic jerseys.  And endlessly bragging about their particular team or favorite player(s) on their favorite team, right?

And each time it’s dress down day at the barber shop. You know at least some if not most of them will be rocking their teams jersey, right? Especially if their particular team won the championship that particular year. Of at least made the playoffs.

The Bottom Line There Are Literally Tons Of Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities For You Or Your Major Competitors To Systematically Leverage!

And of course as new first time customers become long term repeat regulars of the barber shop, women’s nail or hair salon. Because remember you or your major competitors will be strategically working with all three of these not directly competing vendors simultaneously in some capacity or another.

As a quick aside. One of the potentially powerful and profitable ethical bribes you or your major competitors will offer both the lady nail or hair stylist.

Both current and future. As soon as they individually generate 15 or X number of first time customers for you or your major competitors. Regardless of ‘how” much they actually spend on their very first purchase.

Because your ultimate plan is to masterfully work the long term of your back end sales funnel. You or your major competitors will gladly purchase for them some absolutely stunning diamond studded earrings.

The ones which usually retail for at least $650 dollars each. But since you or your major competitors have an arrangement with your JV (Joint Venture) partner retail jeweler.

You only pay half or their actual hard cost. Entrepreneur image “what” at least some of their daily customers will definitely want to know going forward? And ‘how” often these ladies will be constantly bragging both on and off of social media.

And taking selfies and group selfies and posting videos and constantly strutting around with their newly acquired bling on. And all they had to do was pass out X number of you or your major competitors extremely time sensitive, two sided, market tested first time customer discount gift cards.

Stop With The Outrageously Expensive Dismally Performing Promoting Methods Already!

And the moment 15 or X number of them became first time customers of you or your major competitors. Regardless of “how” much they spend on their very first purchase. They qualified for the previously mentioned prize.

Your one time investment will systematically vault your business or service into countless future conversations. Don’t you agree? And while your major competitors continuously receive pennies on the dollar returns on their outrageously expensive traditional advertising campaigns. Like those dismally performing local billboard ads.

You can and definitely will constantly be experiencing 5-10X results on your positive word of mouth and mouse generating campaigns.

And let’s say for any number of reasons your marketing efforts never quite reach the 5X return level.

You’ll still be miles ahead of your major competitors. And be systematically and inexpensively building your long term brand visibility and brand equity. Don’t you agree?
