So How Would An Extremely Marketing Savvy Service Provider Reduce Their Cash Flow Problems?

   (While Simultaneously Growing Their Enterprise!)

Okay can we be brutally honest here? The number one overriding reason for ultimate business failure is not being able to overcome ongoing cash flow problems, correct? Of course there are most certainly other extremely relevant factors which can definitely contribute to a business or service ultimately failing.

One of them being a real lack of understanding the basics of successfully running (managing) and systematically growing (exponentially scaling) a business or service. A lack of initial capital.

And how to effectively use business or personal credit to initially grow not only front end sales and gross revenue. But actually increase your overall gross front and back end profits as well. And it’s the profits you and I bank and ultimately get to enjoy.

Any one or practically anyone can write checks in order to generate short term customers. Some of who may only purchase your/our extremely valuable products or services at ridiculously low bargain basement prices. And never or rarely purchase from us again. Sure you may have had a quick infusion of much needed front end cash.

But unless you can systematically lower your costs throughout your entire customer acquisition process. You’re going to remain stuck in financial strugglesville. Which is definitely not want you want, right?

How And Why Certain Types Of Cash Flow Problems In Small Business Can Either Be A Springboard Or An Albatross!

Entrepreneur wanna know (discover!) at least five, fairly brain dead simple strategies or tactics to use tight now? Which can and definitely will help you or your major competitors avoid gradually or rapidly heading to bankruptcy.

Because if money is already tight initially go in. Entrepreneur it’s not “if’ you’re going to experience some type of temporary or permanent cash flow problems. It’s more like when, ‘how’ often and to what degree you experience them.

So let’s at least try and put some marketing/promotional income producing insurance activities in place. So you not only weather the temporary storm. But unlike a staggering 90-95% of your major competitors.

You can actually learn ‘how to” systematically leverage temporary or severe downturns in your local economy. Sound like a plan or what?

 So What Are These So Called Five Brain Dead Simple (Not Necessarily! ) Easy Ways To Systematically Grow Your Business Or Service Without Constantly Breaking The Bank?)

Ladies & gentlemen this first very straight forward suggestion is not meant to insult your business or common sense intelligence in any way. But as soon as you can stop overpaying for your initial first time customer acquisition. The financial noose around your business will definitely be felt immediately.

Why continuously spend 300-500% retail to generate your all important first time customers? Especially when they’re are other local offline business owners or service providers who are non directly competing with you.

They’ve struggled and sacrificed mightily to build the all important trust factor with their customers (aka) tribe. You and I can and definitely leverage it by (if nothing else!) by strategically offering some of your extremely low hanging fruit products or services.

And allowing them to use them as either:

Don’t Let Your Ethical Bribery Become Or Remain Too One Dimensional! (Otherwise Your Long Term Cash Flow Challenges Will Continue!)

1.) Extremely time sensitive ethical bribes worth X for dragging a friend, co-worker, neighbor, in-law or sibling with to your store, shop and or event etc.

2.) Extremely time sensitive bonuses worth X for either spending a little bit more on the initial front end or back end of your market tested sales funnel.

3.) Extremely time sensitive bonuses worth X for providing potentially bank account filling written or video testimonials. (Obviously your ethical bribes for video testimonials need to be of a much higher perceived value.

Because unfortunately far too many of your extremely valuable customer or client base is still not comfortable being in front of the camera. Even “if” it’s to provide you and I with a potentially bank account filling testimonial.

4.) Two potential bonus strategies.

1.) Use your extremely time sensitive -market tested- bonuses to ethically bribe (reward) their opt in email subscribers for remaining on their list for at least, 60,90 days or beyond. (Major hint: Customers and clients love practical ethical bribes of all kinds. Yours are no exception to this unspoken rule.

 2.) Or use them as extremely time sensitive ethical bribes for signing up for a 14-60 day trial service of some kind.

And even if they decide to cancel for any reason whatsoever. They automatically get to your ethical bribe bonuses as your JV (Joint Venture ) or cross promotional partners free gift valued at X.

As both their and your way of saying “thank you!” for at least given it an honest try. Entrepreneur do you really think at least strategically testing these and other proven, non traditional marketing strategies & tactics. Won’t help drastically or permanently reduce your current or future cash flow problems? If so I beg to differ.

(Because rest assured entrepreneur. This is only the tip of the proverbial tip of the previously untapped marketing possibilities.)
