You definitely consider yourself, an extremely savvy, skilled and dedicated small business owner, entrepreneur and or service provider, correct? Me too!

But regardless, there are times, when certain situations, as they relate to building and maintaining, a growing business and or service, you and I fall a little short, here an there, every now and again, right? For sure.

However, there’s probably an extremely good chance, once you become aware of certain situations, which you’re not readily and fully capitalizing on, you definitely wanna fix those situations asap, do you not? Absolutely.

So in the remainder of this particular post, you’re going to be exposed to at least three potential marketing possibilities, which should definitely help jump start your creative marketing possibility juices. Sound good?

So Why Doesn’t Your Resourced Challenged Small Business And Or Service Capitalize More Often From So Called Under Used And Or Dead Assets?

It’s primarily a mindset and or marketing perspective thing initially. Meaning, the way you currently process potential situations. Your average NFL (National Football League) or MLB (Major League Baseball) franchise, typically has state of the art facilities, which easily accommodate 60-90,000 rabid fans!

So let’s say at least 80% of the 75,000 on hand for a particular home gain, are your typical season ticket holders. Which means, they bought their season tickets in advance and probably saved a few bucks for doing so, plus may have even received a few extra free bonus goodies, valued at X, for doing so, correct? (75,000 x .80% =60,000)

Savvy Entrepreneurs Are Always On The Lookout For Untapped Marketing Opportunities To Grow Their Businesses And Or Services For Pennies On The Dollar!

So 80% of 75,000 means, the remaining 20% or 15,000 fans attending the exact same game, for whatever reasons, are not yet season ticket subscribers. (75,000 x .20% = 15,000)

So as these 15,000 (or X) number of fans pass through the ticket booth, the alert ticket processor(s), should offer each ticket holder, the chance to win free season tickets, for the remainder of the current season, and at least half (50%) of the next one! Which is an X dollar value! Say what? Exactly!

Here’s what’s really going on, by getting at least 90% or more of the 20% which are not current season ticket buyers, to enter their free drawing.

Now, as soon as they announce the grand prize winner! And maybe a second and third grand prize winner as well.These 13,500 fans (90%) of 15,000 is 13,500.

And guess what, 48 hours before every home game, which isn’t completely sold out yet, they’re going to get a special, extremely time sensitive mobile message “Alert!”

Where they can purchase their ticket online at a sizable, VIP subscribers only discount, before they’re made available to general public, at much higher retail prices of course!

Are you starting to see and appreciate, how certain under utilized situations, could become perpetual goldmines? Say yes! And can you readily see and appreciate, how adding this type of proven marketing strategy to your overall front & back end sales funnel process, makes a lot more sense?

Effective Lead Generation Will The Cornerstone Component Of Your Continuous Growth!

Here’s another rather simple example, of an under utilized marketing situation, which happens practically every day in the fiercely competitive airline industry. The passengers board their flight, their safely tucked away in their seats and just before the stewardess starts their dialogue, which practically everyone ignores and or, partially or completely tunes out.

They announce, they still have X number of unsold seats in first class! And any passengers wishing to update, please turn their lights on, right after the stewardess has completed their safety instructions, and provided they have a valid credit card, they can immediately be upgraded.

It’s very possible, anywhere from 10-40% of their daily coach passengers,(business or otherwise),  would be more than willing to upgrade to first class, provided they can save X% for doing so.

The airlines just like McDonalds with their “would you like fries with that?” upsell strategy. Has just induced and or ethically bribed, a certain percentage of their daily coach passengers, to spend more money.

And it only cost the airlines pennies on the dollar. Is that win/win? Can you now better appreciate, why your resourced challenged small business and or service, has definitely got to start monetzing your under used and or dead assets more efficiently? Great.
