Couldn’t agree more with you about the value of the information business Mark. One challenge we face with this business is there are so many inferior products on the market and that makes us all look bad. This isn’t limited to the type of products you described above, Amazon is overflowing with books hastily written by people promoting their businesses. For proof of how frustrating this is for buyers, all anyone need do is read reviews complaining about careless writing, poor grammar, and typos. I have at least half a dozen eBooks I purchased that I never finished because they weren’t worth my time.
My point is yes, do it, this is a great business! But do it to the best of your ability because every single thing you put out there contributes to your brand.

In fact, I remember trying to read a sales page link I clicked on,
and the page had so many typos and grammatical errors, I could only
compare it to traveling several hundred miles of bumping road,
by horse back!LOL!
It was incredibly painful to say the least, so I just closed the page and went
on with my business!
And yes, sadly as you pointed out, there is a desperate attempt,
by far too many aspiring entrepreneurs, to rush questionable
info products to the market.
Seeing and considering, only the extreme short term!I’ll even say, there are
certain extremely popular forums, I no longer even visit, because of the
over abundance of mediocre info products constantly being promoted!LOL!
