Nothing Says You Can’t Put Some Creative Ideas In Marketing To Work For You!

 (Both Now And Going Forward!)

Quick question for you. Are you waiting for an act of congress before you seriously consider putting some type of creative ideas in marketing to work for you? Because fortunately there’s absolutely nothing which says you can’t start implementing some type of low cost, high impact marketing creativity right now.

Sure you think you initially this or that. Or “if” you had direct or indirect access to more take your pick? More business credit, extremely targeted traffic. Or if you had a much bigger opt in email list. Or if you knew how to generate more targeted traffic for less. Or if you had a much bigger Facebook group.

Or your podcast audience were both larger and 10X % more receptive etc. Or if you could just somehow figure out ‘how to” be a podcast guest on more of the major podcasts in your specific niche etc.

Cheer up entrepreneur. Because the really good news is this. Starting from right where you currently are. You and or your major competitors can definitely get things moving in the right direction. Even without extremely deep pockets…..

As Soon As You Embrace The Fact Previously Untapped Information Marketing Opportunities Are Literally Everywhere! (And Just Waiting For You Or Your Major Competitors To Systematically Make Them Happen!)

Case in point. And strictly for some hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Perhaps some of you. (Probably not those of you under a certain age.)

But some of you recognize the name “Dave Del Dotto“, correct? Several, (several!) decades back. Dave ran one of Americas longest and most successful weekly 30-60 minute infomercials.

And he along with countless others at the time. Sold physical courses on ‘what else?” “How to” make money by creatively financing residential income producing real estate.

And even though Dave’s success allowed him to purchase various types of income producing real estate. Some for sizeable distress price discounts. (Primarily because he had both the cash, know how and developed connections etc.) Where he and the other top ten infomercial guru and guruettes really made their fortunes.

Was through selling (creatively marketing and promoting) their info products and various services. Both through proven direct response type of 30-60 minute informercials.

As well as through live events and (free 90-120) minute introductory list (data) building workshops.

Where at or near the end various types of offers were made to those in attendance. Plus additional, much higher end offers of advanced one on one coaching programs. Which cost anywhere from $5-$10K person.

And typically one to three percent of the literally thousands of front end prospects who either: Saw his incredibly popular weekly infomercials or attended one of his incredibly popular live events. (Many of which were video taped and later sold as stand alone info products.

Or given away as free, extremely time sensitive incentive based bonuses worth X.)

And for those who decided to at least call his toll free number to get on one of his (at the time) offline databases. A percentage of them  eventually upgraded and started purchasing some of his higher end info products and services.

And Let Me Tell You People! (Dave Was Definitely One Of The Most Astute And Creative Info Marketers Of His Time!)

Take a look at the screenshot image below. Which I got from one of his many info courses still being sold on ebay to this day. Basically there are sixteen separate cassettes. I know before you say it.

At least some of you are definitely thinking “how” way out of touch the information has to be. Since it’s still being marketed via cassette tapes, right? Hold on entrepreneur.

Because you’re thinking far too narrow and far too linear. Say what? First of all, depending on “how” long the average cassette is. (Strictly for the sake of example. Because I personally have no way of knowing. Because I don’t own any of Dave’s classic info.

Let’s say each side averages 40 minutes give or take. Think about “how” or what type of modern day content Dave or any other marketer of relevant creative real estate investment info would create. In order to strategically get the word out.

For one thing they’d probably have a state of the art, self hosted WordPress or some other state of the art blog, correct? And “if’ Dave or any of his contemporaries posted fresh ‘how to” info to it at least once a week.

With such a massive TV following. He/they would probably consistently generate a ton extremely targeted traffic, right?

Entrepreneur Does The Phrase Repurpose Your Content Mean Anything To You?

If it does. Then right away you recognize and fully appreciate the fact all of his evergreen content could just as easily be promoted and shared today via his or any other info marketers podcast and or his youtube channels correct?

So instead of Dave or the other real estate guru or guruettes effectively using late night cable TV infomercials to promote, market and sell their info products and services to their ideal target market.

They’d strategically market them through their modern day podcast. Plus Dave could also have both his free and paid Facebook groups. As well as his proactive social media presence.

And both he and his certified instructors. (Similar to Dave Sharpe’s “Legendary Marketer” Facebook group.) Dave could periodically do his weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) Facebook lives.

And promote his future free and paid webinars as well as live virtual or extremely high end mastermind events. Again all of the content you currently see on the screenshot image of those (totally old school cassettes!)

Could definitely be updated and sold via today’s modern day virtual webinars on platforms like Streamyard or zoom.us etc. And eliminate altogether the physical inventory production and storage costs.

No more shipping and having physical products returned. Which can’t be resold due to the customer writing their notes throughout the workbooks. And hopefully you can appreciate “how” this is just the proverbial tip of the overall marketing iceberg, correct?

There’s absolutely no reason(s) “why” you and I can’t put some proven creative ideas in marketing to work for you right now. Don’t you agree?
