Introducing Five More Surefire Ways To Effectively Improve Your Marketing Tactics Plan Now! (Without Investing A Ton In New Equipment And Or Hiring A High Priced Madison Avenue Ad Agency!)
Just as a quick recap. As you recall in part one of this series. In concept # two, the failure to systematically create your very own in house list.(Be it own or offline.)
Because as you’ll soon discover, having your own list (whether) it’s an online opt in email list and or an offline database of some kind.
The business owner(s) that control their own list has an incredibly valuable business asset. That being said.
One of the simplest and most profitable ways for you to create your very own list (extremely) fast, whether you create your own, free ‘how to’ problem solving lead generation products or not.
Is by sponsoring a popular giveaway- free drawing of some kind. And offering something of a relatively low hard cost, yet extremely high perceived value. For ex; suppose you sell (or) service appliance parts in a small, local appliance repair center.
Don’t Discount The Long Term Profit Potential Of Systematically Forming Strategic Alliances With!
You could approach another local small to midsize business appliance owner that you currently have done business with over the years.
And explain to them that you’d like to purchase one of their most popular appliances, they’re about to close out and or discontinue for whatever reasons.
You Can Definitely Move Your Business Ahead Sooner With The Right Lead Generation Strategies And Or Tactics!
And you purchase it at their actual cost, so that don’t lose anything. Then they create a huge display inside their store, that (either) you both pay for.
Or you foot the entire bill to do so. And you offer the closeout item in a free drawing that you sponsor for the next 90 or X number of days.
Think about how many people (potential) new customers will enter to win the free 75 inch flat screen TV or whatever! They know it normally retails for X. Now they have a chance to win it for free!
You’ll collect X number of semi qualified leads for a whole lot less than all the other traditional advertising methods like, paying for outrageously expensive newspaper ads or prime time TV and or radio ads etc.Right?
(Note:Just be sure you base your free item purchase on whatever the total lifetime vale of your particular customer is.)
Follow up with the leads via relatively inexpensive postcards, and or unscheduled, broadcast follow up email message alerts.
(Informing) them that even though they were not the 1st grand prize winner. Tell them they have won two or X number of incredibly valuable second prizes, valued at X.
Make Sure You Systematically Test And Monitor The Different Variables And You Will Eventually Discover What Works Best For Your Specific Audience!
1.) First, they will get 20% (or X% ) off the total of their next purchase (no minimum) purchase required from X’s local appliance center.
However, as long as they make a purchase by the specified date marked on (either) your follow up sales letter, and or postcard.
And they bring, (drag) at least one new potential first time customer over 18 with them. They get an additional 10 or X% off for a grand total of 30% off (or X.)
Meaning- you gotta inexpensively test! test, test!
2.) And because they entered your free drawing they are entitled to 20% off (or X% off) their first repair job with you as well.
Inexpensively price testing, by mailing out at least two separate offers to your list, will reveal which discount percentage, plus free bonus (es) combination you offer.
Provided they bring their first repair job in by some specific date.
Don’t Forget And Or Neglect The Potential Back End Of Your Business!
(Note: Be sure you pre – negotiate with the small business owner(s) that if you pay for the follow up postcard, (and) or sales letter mailing that you both agree upfront.
You both co-own all the names/leads jointly, and you both get to keep 100% of the up front and back end profits generated.Unless the two of you agree to profit share them etc.
(Note: When it comes to writing effective persuasive copy, be sure you refer to the previous post on writing techniques list for the particulars.)

(Far too many cash starved small business owners and or service providers drop the ball on this one!)
6.) Common marketing mistake # six: Failure to use long term bank account filling back end marketing in order to create some serious, (low cost) long term profits!
Sometimes for literally pennies on the dollar.
7.) Common marketing mistake # seven: Failure to use powerful free bonuses (that either) you supply yourself, and or you get them from your top joint venture partner(s), and use them to systematically increase your sales volume for peanuts.

9.) Common marketing mistake # nine: Failure to use mega profit producing “Risk Reversals” to explode your long term profits now! No matter what your particular niche is.
10.) Common marketing mistake # ten: This last one is freaking huge, so please pay close attention. It’s a statistical fact that a staggering 88% of all new small business owners and or service providers will go belly up within five short years or less.
And one of the prime reasons is because they consistently pay a staggering 500% more for customers than they actually need to.
You Can Definitely Build An Incredible Brand Identity For Your Business Or Service Without Going Broke!
Case in point. Rather than strategically sell more products and services to existing customers and or ex-inactive customers.
They constantly make the cash flow draining mistake of paying retail expenses, trying to attract outrageously expensive new first time customers.
And the ultimate net result is, they go broke because invariably expenses out weigh revenues.
