As you previously discovered in part one of this series about effectively using proven tips on sales and marketing, you need to be strategically leveraging (as best you can), any and all of your current business assets.

And even though you don’t currently (totally) realize it, and or appreciate it just yet. You’ve got tons of partially unused (and or) yet  to be discovered business assets that you can be strategically leveraging, more and more!

And the best part is, you can leverage these powerful assets, for (literally) pennies on the dollar!

Case in point: As you recall in part one, one of my marketing mentors (that annually earns) six figures online. He just had a book published by online power house Amazon! (yea, that’s definitely a big deal!)

Anyway, in order to help boost it to “Best seller” status, he came up with a creative way to do so. He offered (for an extremely limited time of course!) anyone that (both) purchased his book for just $2.99, read it and then sent him a copy of their positive review of it.

He in turn would offer them a 15 minute one on one power consultation! And since his current normal hourly consultation rates are $360 per hour. This 15 minute power session is currently valued at $90 dollars!

So stop and consider this powerfully simple, yet oh so creative marketing strategy for just a second. For a mere $2.99 investment on your part and posting a positive review of his book! You’ll get a 15 minute one on one power consultation, that normally retails for $90 dollars!

(Hopefully, you can easily spot at least two brain dead simple marketing spin offs, that are staring you in the face! If not, you’ll discover what they are in part three. So stay tuned!)

Anyway, here’s the real point: this savvy (six figure earner) entrepreneur simply leveraged an asset he already had! And found some really creative ways to give value and profit from it as well! That (entrepreneur) is win/win!

As further proof and a little closer to home: take a closer look at this next documented case study.

The screen shot below is a picture of a current Google ranking (even after Google’s latest update!) It shows yours truly currently ranked number two on Google’s coveted first page, for the very specific (exact) long tail keyword phrase “tips on sales and marketing.”

First note a at least four extremely important variables:

1.) Notice the current date of this recent 1st page ranking on Google (even after the so called update!) For this specific

long tail keyword. (Of course by the time your actually reading  this particular post, these rankings may have already changed!)

2.) Next, take a look in Google’s text box, (at the very top highlighted in the red box), notice how this specific long tail keyword phrase has parentheses around it, signaling to Google (and the other major search engines you may be using for your particular search), to only display listings using those specific keywords in that exact order.

3.) Now, notice that the actual number of relevant competing pages with that “exact match” long tail keyword phrase in it, in that specific order, is just (as of the writing of this post)  just 19,400!

Where as if you type the exact same long tail keyword “broad match” phrase into Google’s text box, without the parentheses, you get, well do it and see for yourself!

4.) Finally here’s the point, if you’ll just take the time to select highly targeted “exact match” long tail keyword phrases, and start (at least) ranking somewhere in the first top five rankings on Google (and the other) major search engines 1st page.

Since your ranked high on the search engines, for the same amount of work, you can literally double and triple your organic (free) search engine traffic 24/7 seven days a week!

Think about that incredible advantage for just a second! Because as you (start) consistently ranking on the “Mack daddy of all search engines!) Google’s first page, for literally hundreds, then eventually thousands of carefully researched (highly targeted) “exact match” long tail keyword phrases.

You’ll be generating tons of daily free traffic, that you hopefully can convert (first) into extremely valuable opt in subscribers, then ultimately into paying customers!

And Remember! Different Marketing Strategies Require Completely Different Marketing Skills!

Entrepreneur, do not confuse ( power list building 101) through free or paid lead generation strategies and techniques, with automatically thinking, that you also posses the ability to close!

(That is persuade a certain percentage of those highly targeted visitors to take the specific action(s) that you desire!)

Those (my friend) are two very distinct skills! And you can be great at the first (lead generation) and pitiful at the second and you’ll probably starve!

Or you can be average at the first (lead generation) and just above average at the second, and do extremely well!

In any event, hopefully you can see and appreciate the power of effectively utilizing these proven tips on sales and marketing! And how leveraging your current business assets can and will put up to 25% more money in your pocket right now!
