1.) Area # one: All important first time customers.2.) Social networking.3.) Rejected applicants of some kind of non competing small business owners.

Just by improving 25% (or more) in the following three semi neglected areas, can have a dramatic affect on your overall bottom line.For years and years to come!
1.) Semi neglected area # one: Entrepreneur any time you can go out of your way and acknowledge in a significant way, (that) all important, brand new first time customer and or client. You’re crazy not to do so!
Because people, (including your first time customer or client), absolutely love to be acknowledged! Try it, (test it!) and see for yourself.
Create some type of “first time customer'” VIP discount coupon and or service and have your sales associates, be sure and give them to your all important first time customers and clients! Especially implement this strategy whenever you’re marketing to b2b (business to business.)
Distribute special (extremely time sensitive) VIP “New customer only discount coupons or extremely time sensitive gift certificates’ to the entire staff! Talk about gravy!
2.) Semi neglected area # two: Your next semi neglected area you want to strategically capitalize on is strategically using “social media” more effectively! No, not just twitter or FB etc.
Your own personal “social network.” Strategically leveraging (both) the personal contacts you already have and the ones they already have! There’s a ton of un mined gold in there! So get to it already! Because it’s far cheaper to maximize those relationships first! Than to seek out new ones! Your personal “social network” already knows, likes and trusts you!
Strategically And Systematically Build Off Of The Rock Solid Relationships You And Your Top Joint Venture Or Cross Promotional Partners Have Already Established!
3.) Semi neglected area # three: Last but certainly not least: Entrepreneur, just think about this one industry and this all too common weekly occurrence, and see if you can spot the potential (untapped) marketing goldmine!
As of 2008, according to the MBA (Mortgage Brokers Association), located in the nations capitol. As much as 50% of loan applicants applying for (either) a home mortgage or refinance of an existing loan, may be denied at least once, before they are eventually approved!
Did you catch that? All of you commission only Mortgage Brokers! Because there is a pretty good chance, that you can arrange some type of mortgage loan for at least some of those rejected loan applicants, via a third party private lender of some kind!
Which means, you ought to be (constantly “networking” in some form or fashion with some of those conventional lenders, making them aware of a brand new “free” 90 minute workshop, (or recorded online webinar), you offer, that specifically targets rejected loan applicants!
