For ex; you might give your customer two (or X number) of  free passes to Magic mountain.

Find Out What Your Specific Customer Or Clients Hot Buttons Are And Start Pushing Them!

 2.) Customer service strategy # two: If it turns out a significant portion of your valued customer base, are ardent pet lovers.

Why not create a special “hidden page” on your WordPress blog, in other words this particular page is not available to the general public, unless they have the specific URL (web address)to type into their browser and are given a link to click .

And create a “how to” love your Pets better page! And include maybe five to ten links of other local vendors that cater specifically to pets. Showcase some of your customers pets and some of their best pet video clips and or pictures.

And showcase where they can consistently purchase some really cool (non traditional) pet accessories.

 3.)  Customer service strategy # three: If it makes sense to do so, find out how many of your customers have local small businesses and services etc.

And whenever they have ‘Grand opening’ events for second locations and or ‘ everything must go’ inventory blowout sales etc.

Send an unscheduled email blast special alert to your subscribers! Plus tweet about it etc.

It’s an extremely simple way to get liked on Facebook and or mentioned on twitter etc.

Of course none of these incredibly simple customer service strategies will have customers beating your door down initially, but they will most definitely help you create some  nice social media, positive word of mouth on and offline buzz.
