   (Without The Use Of Expensive Traditional Loans And Or Controlling Venture Capitalist!)

First of all, before you and I get too serious, about how to scale your business and or service.

You should be at least semi profitable, on some level of your business, correct?

Because with the fierce, and constantly growing competition.Both on and offline It’s not always a given, the front end of your business and of service will be profitable.

And if the initial front end of your business and or service isn’t (outright) profitable and or at least breaking even, on a sustainable and predictable level.

You had better, be in the process, of developing some type of proven back end sales funnel. Otherwise, your goose is definitely cooked.

And the sad part is, it may not necessarily have to be the case. Unless of course, you choose to continue to ignore the long term profit generating potential, which can and definitely should be generated, from either your businesses back end development strategies.

And or from the additional revenue streams, which are constantly being generated, from learning how to properly scale your business and or service. As you’re about to discover, in the remainder of this post.

So Who Else Wants To Discover Some Simple And Proven Ways To Scale Your Business And Or Services? (Without Having To Rely On Controlling Venture Capitalist Or Outrageously Expensive Loans!)

First of all, (right out of the gate), let’s be crystal clear here. The reference being made here, in regards to systematically scaling (growing) your business and or service.

This is not the type of incredibly popular, (rags to riches), success stories, you see on cable TV and or hear on popular -general interest- local radio programs.

Whereby, an incredibly hard working, serial entrepreneur (of some kind), starts a lawn care business, initially with a used truck, and $2,000 dollars in cash.(Or less!)

And within three short years, they now have 67 trucks, and employ over 250 people, 210 of them full time, and the business/service, has now expanded, to include snow and or rubbish removal and hauling.

And planting trees and offering monthly maintenance of them as well. The end! Not quite.

There Are Always Some Non Conventional Ways To Promote Your Business An Or Service!

And typically, (not always), but whenever a brand new, first time start up entrepreneur, experiences this type of rapid expansion and growth. They typically have grown the business/service, far faster, than their current, managerial, financial and leadership skills, are actually qualified to handle.

Because they’ve haven’t learned how to properly evaluate potential new employees and or potential new associates. Nor have they quite developed the skills to properly evaluate, potential long term strategic alliances and or properly evaluate, more sophisticated financial arrangements.

Be they from traditional lenders and or potential venture capitalist (VC’s.) etc.And as a net result, as quickly as they grow the business on the way up, they typically topple just as fast, as they tend to crash and burn on the way down.

However, there are some proven ways to scale your business and or service, without having to try and go from one extreme to the other.

As You Continually Discover More And More Practical Ways To Promote Your Small Business And Or Service! (You’re Far Less Likely To Lose Control Of It!)

Let’s face it already. It’s a whole lot easier, to learn to, (and or) grow into a situation, where the changes are small and manageable. As opposed to the totally unrealistic, rapid growth and expansion, you often hear or read about, from some whiz kid entrepreneur, who literally seemed to go from zero to hero, practically overnight.

Here are three potential type of, front and or back end, income streams, which may help you, either stabilize your cash flow. And or help you build reliable, additional income streams.

1.) Potential revenue income generating strategy #one: Please don’t discount this very first example, as being overly obvious.

But just like some extremely savvy service providers, consistently use the ‘how to’ problem solving content, on their state of the art WordPress blog, in order to attract their ideal audience, instead of chasing after them, via outrageously expensive advertising mediums.

By the same token, look for some rather easy to fill voids, within your particular niche.

For ex;if you’re a Mom & Pop style, family orientated restaurant owner. Why not see if there are, (either) some senior citizens, (semi disabled individuals) still living in their home or apartments, who might gladly pay for the weekly preparation and delivery of pre-made meals of some kind. Be they specialty meals (like a Vegan) diet or gluten free etc.

And your restaurant be in the forefront of providing such  service.

Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Are Constantly On The Lookout To Develop Better Ways Of Serving Their Customers And Or Clients!

 2.) Potential revenue income generating strategy # two: Next, let’s you run a fairly successful, local printing business.

You might target some of the major CPA’s, law offices and CFP’s in town, and offer them flat rate weekly and or monthly fees, on certain types of recurring printing services they’ll definitely need, throughout the year.

And offer them super competitive rates, on some or parts of them, in exchange for them agreeing to purchase these services, exclusively through your particular service.

This way, to some degree, you have, (and or), you’re starting to create some reliable and predictable cash flow.

 3.) Potential revenue income generating strategy # three: And finally, never, ever discount, the long term profit potential available to you and I. When you initially extend your discount, to highly influential companies, (and or individuals), within a large niche.

Because more times than you probably currently realize, those initial discounted customers and or clients, could springboard you to some future referrals, which may be worth a ton of recurring revenue, at or exceeding your previous retail rates!

It happens far more times than you are probably aware of. The main point being here. You don’t have to automatically increase your revenue ten fold.

In order to successfully scale your business and or service. And often times, it’s not really wise to do so, before you’ve fully developed all (or at least most of) the necessary skills to go along with your extremely rapid growth. Don’t you agree?
