But Joe recently advised Dean Graziosi “Mr.Real Estate” himself on how to inexpensively add even more millions to his one hundred million dollar plus “how to” information publishing empire.

Demonstrate Your Proven Expertise To Your Specific Target Market! (And Watch Your Long Term Gross Profits Start To Explode!)

Or another powerful free report might be;  “The Number One Tax Sheltering Mistake The Average Mom And Pop Real Estate Investor Makes! (And How To Avoid It!)

And let the organization hand it out for free to their members, any time their members; buy an ad in the monthly newsletter or refer a guest.

And after you inexpensively test and discover what the # one burning question is for your specific target group, put it on the  back of your business card, and offer the solution by way of a free pre recorded message!

For ex: let’s say you’re already an established local auto body repair shop that repairs a lot of expensive foreign cars. But for whatever reasons to this particular point, you’ve never offered (fancy) more expensive car detailing services.

Find yourself a local wiz kid (or two) and set them up within your current garage (if you have room) or set them up off site, and let them do what they do best!

They detail the cars and you be the business owner! Meaning- you’ll bring in the business, pay them well! And they’ll detail the cars! Don’t just pay them by the hour! Really take care of them, so they’ll stay put! For a while anyway!

4.) Tip # four: This next one is incredibly powerful! So please pay close attention! The florist business is always booming around Valentines Day, correct?

So why not include a special card with every order, directing the recipient to call a specific number and extension, because they may qualify for  a dozen free roses to be delivered on their birthday, Valentines Day and Mothers Day! If Mothers Day applies to them!
