Are really serious about creating customer loyalty?

   (Especially When Your Competition is Fierce And There’s A Nagging Recession Going On!)

As you previously discovered in part one of this series about effectively creating customer loyalty.

You can actually incrementally boost your bottom line for literally pennies on the dollar.

And the main reason being; instead of you copying your major competitors and constantly chasing after new first time customers or clients, that are outrageously expensive.

Because of the traditional large upfront expenditure, this process normally entails.

Instead, like any serious, (savvy) entrepreneur you can concentrate on getting your best customers and clients to consistently do one of three things:

It’s Better And Far More Profitable To You Especially In The Long Run To Get Your Current Customers And Or Clients To Consistently Spend More! (Than To Constantly Waste A Fortune Trying To Generate Brand New Customers Or Clients!)

You definitely want t ethically bribe them to:

A.) Come back to your (on or) offline store and purchase your products and services more often.

B.) Upgrade sooner to your more expensive products and services, (and or) join one of your monthly, quarterly or annual continuity programs of some kind.

Like some type of paid membership site or your offline- monthly/quarterly lawn care, (or snow removal) maintenance program etc.

Or perhaps you offer some other type of monthly, quarterly or semi annual to annual ongoing continuity program of some kind.

Any one of these long term money making options may be viable, it’s just a matter of you properly accessing your markets specific needs and servicing your particular niche.

Inexpensively Test Proven Ways To Ethically Bribe Your Best Customers Or Clients To Start Pro-actively Referring You To Both Their Personal And Professional Inner Circles!

C.) And lastly… Systematically getting (more like) strategically inducing your best long term customers and clients to actively refer more new first time customers to your business and or service.

In other words, you need to figure out some inexpensive ways to get them to become your best advocates! Because to their immediate circle of influence; their recommendations carry an awful lot of weight.

With that said; here are the remaining three ways of effectively creating customer loyalty!

 Introducing Three More Extremely Powerful Ways Of Creating Customer Loyalty! (Without Breaking The Bank!)

First of all, keep in mine, when you refer to creating customer loyaltyit doesn’t just refer to the long term.Huh?

Meaning; there are a ton of extremely successful businesses or services, that need to create immediate (short term) customer loyalty in order to be successful.

Case in point: take a look at the multi billion dollar, (nation wide) ‘how to’ seminar business, that does their offline annual tours from town to town.

They spend enormous amounts of money every year, in various traditional mediums such as: popular local radio and TV stations, local major newspapers, direct snail mail postcards and direct snail mail sales letters, etc.

They also strategically use local late night cable TV 30 minute infomercials, to inform the general public of their upcoming, free 90 minute introductory workshops, do they not?

Become A Creative Problem Solver And watch What Starts To Happen To And For Your Bottom Line!

But here’s the kicker; they know (purely) from their past stats, that on average, about 50% of their live audience or more, (for) any number of reasons, is not coming back for days two or three!Ouch!

Which means, unless they can come up with an extremely good reason to compel at least half of the first day attendees to come back for day two or beyond.

They’ve just thrown a ton of money down the drain, because they have virtually (little) or no chance of ever monetizing those prospects again!

The Back End Of Your Sales Funnel Probably Has Plenty Of Untapped Opportunities For Explosive Growth!

So for them, creating customer loyalty, means figuring out a way to get 50% of their live audience to come back tomorrow! Otherwise their proverbial goose is cooked!

So for those of you in that particular industry, be sure you check out strategy # five. And on that note, here’s the other three remaining strategies, for consistently creating customer loyalty.  (Sometimes for literally pennies on the dollar!)

3.) A small local Mom & Pop grocery store could inexpensively test creating a special “birthday club” that you present to every person that purchases any type of hallmark card, no matter what the particular occasion is.

(A small Mom & pop restaurant could inexpensively test creating a ‘birthday club’ as well, especially one aimed at kids (say) twelve and under.)

And here’s just three of the main benefits the members would get.

A.) They get to buy Halloween candy & costumes at the day after sales price of 50-75% off!

B.) They get special 30 (or X%) off prices for their turkeys & hams during Thanksgiving and Xmas season!(And new years.)

Start Ethically Bribing Your Most Loyal Customers And Or Clients And Watch How Fast Word Begins To Spread!

C.) They get to buy (select items) that are currently in season at “out of season or discontinued discount prices all year round! Like certain fruits that may come & go out of season.

4.) Let’s take the Mom & Pop family style restaurant repeat customer concept a little further.

Create special prices for any group of at least four adults over 18, and take your slowest day, hold a free drawing, where one table of four gets their entire meal for just tens dollars! ( Or X!) Say what?

You’ll simply need to inexpensively A/B split price test, in order to discover which price point consistently produces the  most bang for your buck!

They have to be a group of at least four adults over the age of 18, in order to be eligible! Each group of four gets assigned a special card with a number and your wait staff chooses the winner!

There Are Tons Of Potential Mini Profit Centers Currently Buried Within Your Business And Or Service!

Give all the runner up groups of four, one free desert or one large pitcher of a beverage of their choice!

(And just to create a really nice word of mouth buzz. If there are any women over 18 in the group of four, each whichever runner up group that spends the highest amount, give that woman (or women) a free pair of really nice earrings (or a bracelet).

That you got at cost on a closeout sale from your local joint venture partner, that’s a designer jewelry outlet.)

Think that little maneuver will create any buzz in the work place? And on and off of the major social media sites.

Consistently Implement Creative Marketing Strategies And Or Tactics Which Stimulate Or Compel Some Positive Word Of Mouth Buzz!

This type of low cost marketing ploy, (if properly implemented) can really catch on. Your regulars will absolutely love it!

Here’s another biggie, your restaurant could start inexpensively testing. After your waitstaff takes the patrons order.

Ask if anyone has just celebrated a birthday within the last seven days (or) if they (or a ) relative or other loved one has a birthday and or wedding anniversary coming up within the next seven days!

If they do, figure out some nice special inducement you can offer them, maybe you can have a “Happy wedding anniversary club’ as well!

Don’t Ignore And Or Neglect The Marketing Possibilities Which Are Available Because Of Contests Or Free Drawings!

( Maybe take their picture and add the footage to your WordPress blog, and offer a really nice candle lit dinner winner once a month etc!)

Start a contest and solicit your patrons, to discover what would best cater to their wants and needs.

And reward the top ten best suggestions with some really cool free goodies, that you get from your best joint venture (JV) partners!

(Of course you reward everyone that offers a suggestion, but you really reward the top ten to twenty suggestions!)

Once You Create Customer Loyalty It Just Organically Starts To Snow Ball!

It’s well worth the extra effort, because you’ll be systematically creating customer loyalty!

5.) And finally… regarding creating customer loyalty for the extremely short term ‘how to’ seminar industry.

If you’ve ever attended any of those free 90 minute preview events (that are) typically held in a local hotel.

They market everything from ‘how to’ make money in the stock market, to ‘how to’ make a fortune in Real Estate, purchasing foreclosed properties.

To ‘how to’ make money from home using the Internet and everything else in between do they not?

Take Your Current Resources And Or Assets And Parlay Them Into Some Marketing Possibilities And Or Opportunities!

And of course, as you might have already guessed, this type of highly specialized knowledge is not cheap!

No sir! But as mentioned previously, the promoters know going in, at least 50% of that first days attendees, for any number of reasons, is not coming back for day two!

So obviously, if they’re not there, they can’t be sold! So here’s how they might (inexpensively test) the following powerful marketing strategy to get at least a percentage of those attendees to eagerly return for day two.

Offer to hold a free drawing where two people (one male  & female) will win the 1st grand prize. Which means (if the boot camp) promoters are charging anywhere from $5 k per person or $7,500 for any two people.

Don’t Be Shy About Getting Creative With Your Promotions!

One male & one female are guaranteed to win a free boot camp admission, but (of course) the drawing will be held in the last hour of tomorrow’s (day two or three’s) presentation!

But here’s where  the savvy marketing promoters can really shine. First, each group will be separated, meaning, all the guys present will going into one box of entrants and all the ladies present will go into another separate box.

And one male and female present in the audience will choose respective the winners!

Are You Finally Starting To Appreciate The Various Creative Ways You Can Market And Or Promote Your Products And Or Services!

But here’s the real marketing twist. (So pay close attention here.)

If for any reason(s) the ultimate two winners are unable to attend the actual live boot camp, they can actually auction off their boot camp admission for cash!Say what?

And trade their admission for cash! You can bet a certain percentage of those that weren’t planning on returning for day two, will decide to come back and take their chances! Yep!
