If your planning on constantly spending (on average) a whopping 500% more to acquire that first time new customer and struggling (to no end) to keep your doors open by drastically discounting your prices, so that your valued customer base doesn’t end enjoying happy hour elsewhere.

Even though your local economy may be in a bit of a temporary down turn, it will be permanent, if  you don’t (quickly) figure out how to turn things around and start increasing your restaurant’s sales asap.

 1.) This first technique has to do with you inexpensively (and strategically) leveraging local (people) with major influence, and tapping into there ever growing networks.

For ex; you can start offering local coaches -of both- sexes, and at the Jr high school, High School and local community colleges level.

Give these highly influential people special VIP discount coupons that are laminated (of course) and they get 50% off any meal -lunch or dinner (including) their beverages of course and desert, as long as they bring at least two other adults over 18 with them to your restaurant.

Steadily Increase Customer Or Client Satisfaction And Watch Your Long Term Profits Swell As Well!

Their guests automatically get 25% off their meal and desert as well. Otherwise (if) the coach comes alone, he or she gets free drinks and deserts with any meal! And  they also automatically get 50% anytime they come alone on whatever your slowest day is.

With just a little bit of (small inexpensive) price testing will lead you to the maximum price points.(And larger profit margins.)

2.) In all likelihood, one of your most profitable items will be those highly popular beverages that cost you a mere $2-$3 dollars or less in actual hard cost, but you routinely get to sell for $10 dollars each! A mere 500% return on investment (ROI.)

The bottom line is this, even though they get their next ten (or) X number of beverages (of any kind) at your actual hard costs, you’ll gross the amount they spend on breakfast, lunch or dinner etc.

3.) If your customer base supports it, start a kids club, meaning, take your slowest day and allow any kid under 12 to receive their weight off as a discount percentage. Meaning- if the kid weighs 67 lbs, that’s how much off their meal!

And Always Be Sure To Try And Leverage Both The Professional And Personal Inner Circle Of Your Most Loyal Customers And Or Clients!

A maximum of three kids under twelve allowed per visit.

4.) Start a birthday club for kids (twelve and under) each month, choose a kid (or kids) in the case of twins and they eat free, and the parent or parents automatically 25% of their meals, deserts and drinks.

Just have your waiters and waitresses pass out these special lead capture page business cards, to each customer that comes in with kids under twelve.

5.) Start a special discount on your slowest day (where) every group of  five adults  (or more) over 18, that comes into your restaurant, hold a free drawing where the winning group gets their entire meal at your actual cost!

And if their are any business owners in the group, as long as they like your business on their Facebook fan page, you’ll let them pass out your special VIP X number of beverages (of any kind) at your hard costs discount cards, to (both) their best employee and associates etc.

And Remember Your Most Loyal Customers And Or Clients Don’t Need A Lot Of Convincing!

Plus, they can give them away to their best customers and relatives, for Xmas, new years, birthdays and anniversaries etc.

6.) Don’t forget the ton of extra business that can be had when you target the President of the locally student body club, the members of the local HS & college debate teams, Captains of the HS & local college football teams, basketball teams, soccer teams and softball teams etc

And don’t forget to target the big wigs of the local fraternities and sororities etc.

Let all these local heavyweights eat for 25% off, but anytime they bring at least three new first time customers with them, that are over 18,they eat free (up to $25 dollars) and they get an automatic 50% off any amount over $25 dollars.

And their guests automatically get 25% off their entire meal!
