So entrepreneur, “what” else do you actually own (outright) and or temporarily have some form of legal control over? For instance: do you currently own (or are) you in the process of paying off your home and or any investment properties?
Because full, partial and or temporary (legal) “ownership” is how to earn money!
Or do you currently (legally) control any investment and or commercial property via the “lease with option” route?
Leasing with the option to buy (and or) temporarily (legally) controlling a property using that investment/speculation method, while potentially profitable, without a doubt has many potential pitfalls you definitely need to be aware of as well.
On the other hand, maybe you currently own (and or) legally temporarily control a portfolio of stocks. Or the much preferred option of simply owning a portfolio of stocks outright. A little S & P anyone?
In which case, it’s your decision and yours alone, “what” to do with them. Or maybe you’re the sole owner of a business of some kind.
Or you’re currently self employed, in which case, you make the “final” decisions regarding the business and or service etc.Right?
The real point I’m trying to stress here is, (extremely) savvy entrepreneurs (such as yourself) know and understand, that it’s the full outright, partial and or temporary, (legal) ownership of any kind of assets or resources of any kind, which gives you complete financial flexibility!Not to mention total shot calling capabilities!

How To Earn Money For You And Your Family Is A Whole Lot Easier When You’re In Complete And Or Partial Control!

Ladies & gentlemen, as if you don’t already know and truly understand “what” I’m about to share here!However, because I’m actually sharing with you something from a personal business/marketing perspective.
I’m hoping by doing so, this will really help bridge the (all important) gap between the theory and actual implementation of some of the various semi creative aspects of marketing!
Case in point: As some of you already know (as a direct result) of me periodically sharing this in some previous posts.In one of the niches I’m currently involved in.
I’ve written a 160 page (hard cover), (think) a whole punched spiral bound styled workbook that teaches novices, “how to” successfully find and evaluate (investment grade) privately held “Owner Financed Notes”) and or privately held mortgages.
(Note: The insider’s slang term is to refer to this type of real estate debt as “paper.”)
The short of it is, once one of these “commissioned only” bird dogs finds and negotiates a sales price for one of these privately held “Owner financed notes”.
They simply fill out a detailed one page (single sided) worksheet/ form that’s included in my text, and then fax the sheet into one of the reputable Institutional investors that I currently work with.
No Matter How You Actually Start Out Trying To Make Money. (At Some Point You’ve Got To Become An Owner!)
And the investors offer a full price for (both) the privately held note, and (99% of the time) they also typically pay 100% of the various closing costs!(With the occasional exception of course! 😎
And typically, as long as these privately held notes are for a pre- determined minimum outstanding loan balance amount. And they meet their (arbitrarily set) investment grade criterion, they will purchase them anywhere within the recognized Continental United States!)
And there is typically a gross profit spread difference in the cash price the bird dog offers the “private note owner”. And the cash price the Institutional investors will pay.(Typically payable at the closing via lawyers and or a local title/escrow company via certified cashiers check!)
The More You Know And Understand About Entrepreneurship The More Creative Ways You Can Consistently Generate Some Form Of Income!
That difference (aka) the spread, (whatever) it turns out to be, is what I and the 100% commission only bird dog(s) , (think commissioned only) online affiliates, split that gross difference 50/50!
And just in case (it’s still) not crystal clear, “why” property owners agree to carry (finance) all or some part of the sale of their property, or business by offering to carry some form of “paper.”
It’s because, for whatever reasons, the seller(s) couldn’t locate a buyer that could qualify for conventional bank/credit union financing! So in order to facilitate (complete) the sale, they agreed to carry (finance) a portion of the sale for the buyer.
And now the owner is looking to sell all or part of their “privately held note/mortgage/trust deed/deed of trust and or land sale agreement” etc; for cash! And that’s where myself and the people that buy my workbook (aka) the bird dogs come in to help these private note holders fully and or partially liquidate these investment grade privately held notes.

And the typical gross spread the two of us will split 50/50 is, anywhere between a gross of $1,500 dollars or $750 dollars each!Give or take!So you wanna do the math! 😎 A $750 dollar gross profit times 1,500 big ones!I say that ‘s a very good start! 😎 Wouldn’t you?
And it’s only the initial potential front end profit! Or “if” anyone reading this currently knows any real estate gurus and or guruettes that currently speak on any of these national “Home Based Business/Entrepreneurial Expos”. Who periodically travels from one end of the country to the other!Over and over again! 😎
