How The Gold Rush Of 1849 And Successful Internet Marketing Are An Awful Lot Alike!Part Two
As you previously discovered in part one of this series about “how” the gold rush of 1849 and successful Internet marketing, are an awful lot alike! Basically, the same way millions of people charged online, in the hopes of finally striking it rich, using the Internet! The exact same vigor is what the 49’ers of the original gold rush of 1849, came to California with!
They had big dreams of becoming rich & famous! Mainly rich! Because they discovered “gold” in them there hills! The exact same way today’s savvy online entrepreneurs, expect to rake in millions simply by owning a state of the art WordPress blog and or eCommerce site of some kind. But then a little thing called reality sinks in!
What The Gold Rush Of 1849 And Successful Internet Marketing Actually Have In Common!
Another thing you previously discovered in part one was, “how” the savvy entrepreneurs of that era were wise enough to recognize that a ton of money could and was made by supplying the necessary products & services, that people panning for gold simply couldn’t do without.
Things such as gloves, maps, shovels and mining pans etc.
And like wise, today’s dedicated eCommerce entrepreneurs, need certain can’t do without services, such as a viable paid shopping cart system, affordable and reliable web hosting, a state of the art WordPress blog and or a state of the art paid autoresponder service etc.
Now let’s take a look at some math (see the video for a more in depth explanation), let’s suppose you were to earn an extra $44 dollar commission (at least) once per day, 365 days per year!
It may not seem like much until you actually do the math! ($44 dollars gross profit per day X 365 days = $16,060 dollars in additional gross profits! That could be on top of your current annual income!
Now “what” if with a just a little extra time & studying, you were able to actually double your (passive) online gross income to $88 dollars per day/365 a year. That means, now you’d be grossing an extra $32,120 dollars per year! (Or X!)
At that point, you might seriously consider two incredibly viable options:
1.) First, “what” if you were to create a low front end entry level ebook info product that detailed “how” you currently earn an additional $88 dollars pay day from home, (or X) using the Internet. You could (either) sell this ebook for anywhere from $7-$37 dollars.(Or give it away as a free lead generation product.)
Plus, offer five additional follow up email questions, and a more advanced 5-7 part video series & two 60 minute one on one power consultation sessions and value everything at $297 dollars (or X.)
2.) The other thing you could do is teach a class once per month at one of the local adult education centers. You could charge $47 dollars for a monthly 90 minute introductory class.
Let’s say you do that once per month and average at least ten students per class. That’s an additional $470 gross profits per month, minus your costs to print your class materials and (possibly ) the cost to rent the room etc. Otherwise you’ll gross an additional $5,640 dollars more per year, on top of everything else!
($470 per month x 12 = $5,640 dollars.) But let’s take it yet a step further!So you can hopefully see the real long term money making possibilities!
What if you being the extremely (savvy entrepreneur) that you are! You let other marketers (aka) your affiliates sell your ebook and keep 100% of the front end profits!
Meaning- they sell your ebook for a maximum of $27 dollars and you gross 100% of the back end one on one power consulting/ongoing monthly coaching/mentoring income! Because for every 100 sales,(let’s say) 30 buyers (or 30%) of your buyers will upsell to your $297 dollar one on one power consulting sessions. You can do the math yourself!
That would be $297 x 30! The real point is, hopefully you can see “how” profitable this type of long term precision marketing can be! Here’s the other thing you could do. Let your top three affiliate student customers (also) sell your 30-90 interview you did with them!
They could give it away as (either) a free bonus or sell it as an upsell bonus! You could value it as a $17 -$37 dollar value. It would have your lead capture page info in it and you could start strategically leveraging your top affiliates lead generation/sales efforts as well!
That’s “how” the gold rush of 1849 and successful Internet marketing are an awful lot alike!
Because just like the savvy entrepreneurs during that previous era did, you & I can and should cash in by helping today’s online marketers, by providing the can’t do without products & services they need! In order to be successful online. Don’t you agree?
