You do understand that you and I (as typical savvy small business owners and or service providers), simply don’t have the luxury of waiting for our prospects on their own, to decide buy from us. You get that right?
On the other hand, you ever take a look (locally and or nationally) at how really successful small businesses not only run their businesses, but sometimes actually grow them into extremely vibrant much bigger businesses in the process.
Obviously it doesn’t happen overnight, (right?),but they seem to have a proven process that they follow over and over again.
This post will examine at least five things they seem to do constantly.
And do them extremely well. Which is why the rest of us, should probably be emulating them too. Basically successful small businesses (or if you prefer small business owners and or service providers), effectively utilize the vast majority of marketing tools and resources at their immediate disposal.
And sadly, the vast majority of the rest of us (simply) do not!
Five Things Really Successful Small Businesses Do That The Rest Of Should Too!
Since successful small businesses have already weathered the storm and devised proven strategies (and or tactics) that have not only allowed them to remain competitive, but they’ve also developed a proven (general) overview type of success template, the rest of us can and definitely should follow.
The following proven five tips, represent such a template.
1.) Proven tip # one: First and foremost successful small business owners and or service providers, are notoriously efficient at (on or offline) master list builders! Have you noticed that?
If they have a state of the art WordPress website/blog and (a combination) of offline traditional brick and mortar business and or service etc. They’re notoriously effective at capturing a certain percentage of their customers and or clients on or offline contact information.
Which means entrepreneur, you and I definitely should be endlessly power list building too! No matter how you/we primarily market our business/service on or offline.
2.) Proven tip # two: Successful small business owners, also make it their mission to constantly study and gather as much useful information about their target market as possible. That way they can strategically customize their products and services to best meet the-ever evolving- needs of their clientele.
They collect info, adjust their approach, test and adjust some more! They never ever stop being in school! Which means neither should you and I!

3.) Proven tip # three: Really savvy small businesses know and understand they simply have to maximize the enormous long term profit potential of creating and maintaining repeat customers and clients!
And not systematically spending (on average) 500% or more to constantly keep creating, outrageously expensive, brand new first time customers or clients.
(This all too typical marketing approach, is not only outrageously expensive, but by far, it’s one of the major reasons why, a staggering 88% of all small business owners, and or service providers, (on or offline), eventually go broke, and their empires fail.)
4.) Proven tip # four: They have also mastered (or are pretty darn close to) doing so, the ability of staying in constant contact with their best customers and clients.
And they effectively utilize various forms of communication mediums to do so. They strategically utilize the various social media platforms. They utilize direct snail mail, opt in email, phone calls and or text messages etc.Basically whatever it takes to stay in touch and top of mind of their prospects, customers and or clients etc!
5.) Proven tip # five: And finally… They learn how to provide total “take no prisoner” type of problem solving, put the customer and or client first customer service! It’s not a money thing! It’s a serve the customer/client better than your competitors thing!
If they can, you and I must as well! There you have it. Short and sweet. The five things massively successful small businesses do exceptionally well, which the rest of us should too! Don’t you agree?
