What if anything makes you so convinced ( or at least) hesitant about whether or not, ethically bribing and or consistently rewarding the rich, isn’t a good if not great battlefield tested marketing strategy? They’ve definitely got the money, right? And they socialize (on the regular) with other people that have the money too, correct?
They know and or are related to, or work for other local, regional or national people of major influence right? Yea so? What’s really fueling your doubt gremlins? Take a look at least two more (currently untapped legs) on your long term marketing stool.
First these strategies are extremely cost effective and they create tons of on and offline positive word of mouth and mouse marketing buzz! Honestly, do you really think your carefully worded banner ad or solo ad is going to go viral? Really? Has it happened so far? Okay, maybe if you invest another two grand on that advanced course. Probably not.
My friend you can either build your companies image or your bank account. It’s understood that you prefer the latter and that’s why your here, correct?
Entrepreneur Battlefield Tested Examples Of Target Marketing Strategies Can And Should Be Job One!
Let’s switch gears here for just a second. Your savvy appliance dealer should make it their business (literally) to network and leverage every business owner that they come in contact with.
For ex: remember how they got their dentist customer that runs two successful local offices, to insert their one page flyer in all of their employees checks every 90 days? Let’s say between the two offices they have a grand total of 19 full and part time employees.
But guess how many current and future customers will pass through their offices over the next ten years! So why not give the receptionist special VIP new customer only 40% off your first purchase -extremely time sensitive gift certificate cards to pass out to their extremely valuable customer/client base. Especially during Thanksgiving, Xmas and new years! Every year!
Their customers will be totally surprised! Right? They’ll tell (more like brag to friends, family and co-workers, just to name a few! Don’t you agree? Here’s the other local industry to target. Find (to start with) one of the largest and most successful commercial office cleaning companies.
And approach the owners with exact same offer. That being, they’ll sell them some top of the line home entertainment systems for anywhere from 40-60% on the dollar. In exchange for their video testimonial.
(At least) in my area, some of these private companies have upwards of 500 or more full and part time employees. Here’s at least four ways they could and should leverage these companies personnel.
Help Businesses Bribe And Reward Their Employees And Customers And Watch Your Long Term Profits Soar!
1.) First, every time an employee refers a new customer that stays employed (full or part time) at least 90 days, the employee/associate that referred them, gets a time sensitive 40% off gift certificates.
2.) At Thanksgiving and Xmas time!
3.) Give every new employee/associate that makes their first 90 days satisfactory.
4.) Plus, every employee gets a time sensitive gift certificate on their birthday! Now this is just one local business, do you think these employees will have any trouble sharing their good fortune with their friends and family members?
Probably not. Entrepreneur, are these the type of proven examples of target marketing that will probably increase your bank account? Yep! Can you live with that?
