So back to the feature image. Suppose you’re an extremely marketing savvy, non franchised retail jeweler store or non franchised retail furniture store owner.
Both of these extremely marketing savvy vendors. Already have a realistic idea of what their ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics are.
Let’s say the typical -local nail salon owner(s) usually charge $19.50 or X for a certain nail service they provide. And their actual hard cost supplies may actually cost them just $7 dollars.
What if you or your major competitors are used to routinely spending offline. Anywhere from $125 – $750 dollars per lead or more. (Give or take.)
But imagine what would happen to this local service providers brand. Cash flow and positive viral word of mouth and mouse buzz. If the retailer(s) were to invest just $12.50 per lead or X in order to acquire some 1st time customers.
Think of their overall front end customer acquisition costs.
Are You Starting To Better Appreciate Why Understanding Total Lifetime Customer Value And Front End Lead Generation Costs Is So Critically Important?
Instead of investing $125 dollars or X per lead. Now they invest just $12.50 per lead. By paying that much to the nail salon owner. Which allows them on their typically slowest day(s) of the week.
To offer the 1st X number of 1st time new customers through the door. To only pay $7 dollars or X for some basic nail service. And the retailer in essence pays the difference per 1st time customer. Rest assured a certain percentage of those 1st time customers will not only roll into long term repeat customers, correct? 😀
But they’ll also enthusiastically help spread the word both on and off of social media. And they’ll also periodically refer X number of new customers too.
Can you see how and why it definitely makes sense to pay for results? Say yes! 😀
