Entrepreneur There Is Definitely A Reason Why The Word Creativity Belongs In Your Marketing Plan!Part Two

So as you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series, sometimes, you almost get forced by your various business or personal circumstances, to simply get creative, would you not agree? Absolutely!

Because  sometimes, it may not be as straight forward as, merely not temporarily having enough cash or business (and or) personal credit, readily available etc.

Often times, especially being the case when, your business is definitely in the position to write the checks(s), doing so, just may not necessarily be the most advantageous thing for you to do at that particular moment.

So part two is going to delve a little deeper than the surface and hopefully by doing so, you about to discover just “how” potentially profitable, the right type of consistent marketing creativity can be to your bottom line.No matter what the current size, your particular business and or service currently is!Entrepreneur, is that not interesting?

So Why Should The Word Creativity Definitely Be A Part Of Any Serious Entrepreneurs Short And Long Term Marketing Plans?

Picking up where part one left off. Oh and (BTW),  entrepreneur, if you’re so inclined and you’d definitely like even more creative sales ideas 

marketing ammo, then you’re highly encouraged to please checkout this recent three part blogging series, that was recently published on how some extremely savvy marketers, strategically use their excess inventory to make a whole lot more money, than their major competitors normally do! 

(And how you can too!) Anyway, let’s quickly return to our hypothetical, (local) retail furniture store owners dilemma.

And even though they could definitely just do like the vast majority of their major competitors, which is to simply continue to pay the totally outrageous cost to try and reach brand new first time customers, by simply running endless ads in and on local TV, radio and using expensive Sunday newspaper inserts etc!

They decide to (at least) temporarily explore the marketing creativity approach and compare it’s short & long results, against what they and the vast majority of their major competitors are currently doing!

And (truth told), for the type of lack luster results it’s consistently producing, they definitely need to find some extremely viable marketing alternatives, before they’ll be forced into running the (dreaded) “Everything Must Go!” liquidation sales event! 😎

There’s Much To Be Said For The Creative Sales Process!(Provided You’ve Got An Open Mind!)

Since both they and the vast majority of their (local) major competitors, (on average) typically spend anywhere from $400 to $700 per lead!And typically the entire cost of any particular advertising/marketing campaign will generally run somewhere in the neighborhood of $15,000 to $25,000 dollars apiece!

(Just depending on the particular medium(s) they choose and which hours their campaigns run and, how many total prime time spots they purchase and their lengths etc.)

FYI: And there’s absolutely no guarantee of any kind, that all of this lavish spending will result in enough business being done, to even cover the cost of the ads!Right?)

That being the case, any and all potentially viable marketing alternatives are carefully being considered!So their extremely savvy floor/showroom managers, start systematically reaching out, (initially by phone, if at all possible)  to a few of the top and (therefore) most successful and influential, prime commercial real estate developers/owners etc.

And if at all possible, they offer to absolutely deck out (at least) one of their main offices, by supplying most of their top end furniture and must have accessories, at the furniture concerns actual cost!Say what?

Provided (of course) the real estate developer/owner is willing to do two incredibly simple things! (A.) Agree to personally introduce the furniture concerns floor room manager(s) to at least five of their top and best performing commercial paying tenants!And it doesn’t matter if they happen to be leasing a prime commercial space in that particular building where (at least) the owners main office head quarters is currently located or not!

As long as they’re currently paying top retail prices for their prime retail commercial space!

(B.)They also agree to give the furniture concern a nice, bank account filling  video testimonial, that they can immediately post on their mobile responsive WordPress blog! 😎 (Entrepreneur, do you see “how” phase one of this creative sales process might work?) Say yes!

Entrepreneur Let The Creative Sales Process Be Your Ultimate Guide!

Ladies & gentlemen, here’s a really quick question for you. And please keep in mine, there absolutely is no one right answer! 😎 Do you think, when both the prospect high income earning tenants, first enter their offices waiting room and have a seat on that nice,(and not to mention super comfortable) leather sofa!

The one that would easily cost them $12,000 dollars or more, where they to gladly pay the standard retail suggested price for it! 😎 Do you think (someone) in their group, will definitely want to know where they got it? Bingo!

And “how” about the spouses and or significant others, or the kids or in laws of the commercial real estate owners! Do you think they’ll really have a problem, entertaining immediate family members, close friends and in laws, on a super soft leather sofa and matching love seat combo, that would have normally cost just north of $19,000 dollars,( or X) including all the applicable taxes & fees etc!

But now because of their arrangement/agreement with this extremely savvy furniture concern, they only have to pay just north of $8,500 dollars!(Or less, provided they can figure out some extremely viable potential marketing benefits, they can add on as a sweetener for the savvy furniture concern doing so!

Ladies gentlemen: please take a look at a recent comment I received and see if it doesn’t tie in nicely, with the overall theme of this particular post!

Which is, why not invest at leas some of your irreplaceable time and extremely hard earned money, in creating some marketing opportunities, that will definitely lead to some continuous, long term positive word of mouth and moth buzz!Make sense?

The Overall Long Range Marketing Potential Is As Big As Your Overall Creative Sales Process! (Don’t You Agree?)

Hopefully you get the overall point,correct?And here, we’re only referring to someone potentially, (hopefully) sharing some blog posts! 😎

What do you think will start systematically happening to the savvy retail furniture concerns bottom line when six & seven figure a year earners start routinely speaking about “how” soft and beautiful their plush leather sofas & love seats are at various local, (rather high income) social events and around the water cooler etc! 😎

Or when pictures of the same start routinely showing up on FB updates, twitter feeds, Pinterest & Instagram etc!

And when short 2-3 minute testimonial style videos from some extremely satisfied, yet highly influential local customers start routinely showing up on good old youtube and other major video sharing sites etc!

So there’s definitely a case to be made, for some marketing creativity being added to you (both) your short & long term marketing plans!Don’t you agree?

    In as much I might have lost the first episode which I will be visiting to read, the analysis in this lovely post of yours is indeed an eye opener. Creativity can’t of course be taken out of the equation.
