Your best customers and clients absolutely positively loves to be heard (translated) listened to by you. So, that means, why not take advantage of this undeniable fact, as often as humanly possible.
1.) Proven customer engagement strategy # one: This first customer engagement strategy is simply chalked full of long term money making possibilities! My friend, why not inexpensively test holding a “best new customer/client idea” of the week or month contest! Think about the incredible possibilities for just a second.
Your best (not to mention) most loyal customers and clients, will put their creative juices into overdrive, in order to win one of five top prizes! Just for sharing their best ideas, suggestions and strategies!
Everybody that participates get some really cool prize, like a discount coupon. But the the top five will not only get the best prizes, but either be prominently featured in (either) your WordPress blog and or your offline newsletter as well!
2.) Proven customer engagement strategy # two: Next, you could also periodically hold a best audio & video testimonial of the week or month contest etc.
Again, give everybody that competes in both categories something. But your top five in each categories will get you or your top joint venture partners best stuff! Think about was happening by strategically creating contest in both categories.
You’ll double (or at least) increase your customers/clients participation, and generate some mouth watering, long term money making testimonials, that you can use from now on! For literally pennies on the dollar!
3.) Proven customer engagement strategy # three: My friend, nothing succeeds more than under promising and over delivering! Case in point, say you run local Mom & Pop hotel and or motel.
During slow periods, why not surprise certain paying customers, by allowing them to upgrade to some of your best rooms, for just $25 (or X) amount of dollars more! Where they clearly recognize, that they’re saving anywhere from 40-85% or more!
In other words, strategically use the element of surprise in your favor! Hey if it looks like the more expensive room is about to go vacant for the night. It’s a great way to generate, not only some serious “social media buzz” and offline positive word of mouth.
But a great way to generate some steady (not to mention) relatively inexpensive repeat customers as well.
And if nothing else, you’ll consistently increase your long term customer engagement! Don’t you agree?
