Here’s another way of looking at the psychology of that situation as well.

Suppose you volunteered to do a filing job, and you were  two choices, in room A was simply a ton papers scattered all over four separate desks.

And you were asked to dig through them, then after you found just seven specific documents, them file those seven documents alphabetically.

Or room B, simply had two tiny folders on a desk, with no more than ten documents in each of them.

And you were asked to simply find a ton of three specific documents, then file them alphabetically.

Honestly, of the two tasks, which one (on the surface) anyway, seems like the simpler task to accomplish? Precisely.

And so it goes with your first time online visitors. They’re looking for (initially) something they can dig into right away, and hopefully, pick up some quick answers to what concerns them.

2.)  Strategy # two: Now this next proven tactic will sound counter intuitive to the misinformed. But here it is. Fix your customers and clients problems, as it relates to your business, product or service, asap.

And you’ll improve conversion rates. Huh? Meaning- whenever your at fault for the misstep. Fix it asap! Whether you temporarily lose money or not! Because over time, those satisfied customers and clients will positively sing your praises all over social media!

And that will lower your out of pocket cost, while simultaneously increase your gross profits!

You’ll quickly free up much needed capital, reduce unnecessary overhead! Plus, you best employees/associates will have valuable to devote to your best customers and clients, as well as, have more free time to dedicate to further improving your best performing products and services!

That in a nutshell entrepreneur, is how you improve conversion rates!
