Honestly, how many times have you read or heard it said (prior to social media anyway!) that one of the keys to offline retail business success, is your location, right? I’m mean, if you’re located in one one of the most popular malls and another wannabe competitor is buried away on some obscure side street!

Who’s probably got the best shot at staying in business long term? Agreed! But my friend, you best recognize asap, that a lot of times, some of your absolute best long term retail business opportunities, can and will be disguised (initially) anyway, as really bad locations!

Now before your eyeballs go any farther, let’s be crystal clear here! If you’ve got a really bad location! Your most definitely fighting for your  financial life! The purpose of this post is to (both) encourage and offer you the creative marketing means, to turn your lemons into lemonade!

Introducing Seven Potentially Profitable Ways Of Strategically Converting Your Lousy Physical Location Into One Of Your Most Profitable Business Opportunities!

Entrepreneur, make no mistake about it! This is truly the stuff that potential long term profit making is made of! Okay so your initial physical locations sucks! That being the case, flip the coin over! Huh? For ex:

Make the following seven potential money making situations work for you! Because whether you take advantage of them or not! There potential for working to your advantage (long term) still exists!

1.) Potential money making situation # one: Entrepreneur you’re not currently paying outrageously expensive mall rent! Which means you most certainly can and should be sharing some of your good fortune with your valued customer base!

Whatdaya mean how? By passing some of your savings on to them!

And letting them know how and why you’re able to do it! (meaning- saving them so much money on certain items!)

2.) Potential money making situation # two: Basically, your entire overhead is dramatically lower (or it should be!), because you’re currently located on this out of the way side street or that rather rural location etc.

Which means guess what? Your cost per square foot is much cheaper,right? That’s why certain proven (lead generating) widgets and or services, can and should be marketed way cheaper than your mall located competitors!

3.) Potential money making situation # three: You don’t needed to be discouraged because you don’t have the best location! That just means you can (or should) be able to make a much more appealing initial (bend over backwards) to get a new customer/client offers!

4.) Potential money making situation # four: You can and should point out in your ads, emails, flyer, newsletters ,radio,banner or classified ads etc; that your increased savings on rent or leases etc; just allows you to buy in even bigger amounts of specific factory closeouts etc!

And that’s just another way you’re able to pass part of savings along to your customer/clients! And why you gladly and strategically do so!

5.) Potential money making situation # five: And don’t you dare forget to (point out!), how your overall lower overhead, puts you in the ideal position to sell your overstocked items at even lower prices than your mall based competitors,  because your lease or rent isn’t literally suffocating your gross profit margin each and every month! Point that out on your WordPress blog why don’t cha!

6.) Potential money making situation #six: Now if you really want to get strategic! Why not let your potential customers know why and how you can safely (and continuously) afford to sell the exact widget as company X, only you can consistently sell it for X% lower than they can because, any and all the previous reasons already stated!

And you really thought your temporary bad location was going to hurt your long term profitably! Not unless you’re content to be another one of those “just like’ everybody else type of marketers!

7.) Potential money making situation #seven: And finally.. (not really!) Since your overall cost are already lower and you definitely aim to keep it that way!

Offer the absolute best savings and or offers to (either) your opt in  email and or mobile marketing customers only!Which means, if they expect to really save! They need to get on one of your lists, in order to help you keep your overall cost down! Get it!

      I know exactly what you mean. But if think about it,
      more wannabe’s can and do start a website and or blog everyday.

      Granted, most of them will be gone before the end of your typical 30 minute sitcom!LOL!

      But still in all, your typical online business owner, doesn’t have to jump through nearly as
      many hoops. They slap up a non productive website of some kind, get some hosting and on paper anyway, they’ve got a business.
