(Note: Just recently another post was advocating this exact same (incredibly simple) marketing concept, only in the previous post, the savvy marketers that were also real estate brokers, were looking for potential buyers of luxury homes and or properties!
In other words, the exact reverse of this particular strategy!And they produced a gross profit between $250,000 –$270,000 dollars for just $.67 cents per lead! 😉 )
And the body text goes on to inform them, this is an exclusive special offer, so they will only pay a 3% flat fee commission instead of the typical industry standard of 6%, plus standard closing costs! And of course, they’ll have a picture of a really nice local property, that recently sold through this exclusive service.
And midway down the sheet, in big bold red text, it will read:Minimum property value of $500,000 dollars and up!
So in other words, in order to take advantage of this exclusive offer, your property (including commercial businesses) must be worth at least $500,000 dollars or more! And the potential prospect will be directed to the brokerage firms (mobile responsive) WordPress blog lead capture page.
And by the same token, any other potential prospect with property worth less than a half a million dollars, they are re-directed to click over to another lead capture page offer.
And a one of the brokerages top sales reps will personally contact them, to discuss potentially (both) listing and helping them sell (either) their residential and or commercial real estate property.
And those with properties above that threshold, they too will fill out (an extremely detailed), special lead capture page with all of the pertinent information.
