You probably think effective asset management has far more to do with how you go about strategically balancing your various cash flow streams, and less to do with how you actually positioning your company for explosive long term growth, simply by consistently generating far more long term marketing leverage, by the way you use existing assets.Case in point.

(For some odd reason), they are only too content, to spend anywhere from $50,000 to $80,000 dollars a month or more, using various forms of outrageously expensive mass marketing advertising mediums, such as local TV, radio and glitzy full and half page newspaper ads to promote their “Everything Must Go Now Overstock Sales Events” to the general public!Right?
And of course they make money (or else) they couldn’t afford to keep doing it!However, (if) you had enough physical money, you could probably afford to heat (at least) one room in your house, simply by stacking your fireplace with cash,right?
But honestly, is that the most effective use of that major asset? Watch how an extremely savvy entrepreneur uses current assets and generate far more marketing leverage, than their major competitors ever even dream about and or seriously consider!
Who Else Wants To Know How Extremely Savvy Entrepreneurs Consistently Use Their Asset Management Skills To Out Promote Their Major Competitors?

So let’s say this extremely savvy local jeweler needs to move (as fast as humanly possible) in excess of $22 million dollars in various rocks, stones and gems etc.
Certainly they could simply buy a dozen or so outrageously expensive full page display ads in various popular local publications! Not much creativity there, but it’s certainly an option right?
But what if they decide to conserve as much upfront cash as possible, but still go for maximum viral marketing exposure, simply by “thinking slightly outside the Mary plain Jane marketing box.”
Because they want to employ some “battlefield tested” marketing strategies that, consistently accomplish at least two major goals.
(A.) After the initial promotion is over, they want to make sure they’ve created several hundred to several thousand highly influential walking talking future billboards that continuously fuel future sales!
(And they consistently light up the various social media platforms as well!)
(B.) They wanna make sure these market tested strategies access these highly influential super advocates personal and professional inner circles too!
That way the jeweler doesn’t constantly have to spend tons and tons of additional money, (month after month) chasing outrageously expensive first time customers, the way their major competitors do!
They much prefer extremely (positive word of mouth and mouse) customers jamming their physical stores and frequently visiting (special pages) on their mobile responsive WordPress website and or blog etc!
So How Do You Spend Limited Amounts Of Up Front Cash And Still Make Giant Splashes In An Extremely Crowded Marketplace?
Let’s say this extremely savvy jeweler reaches out (asap) to one of the local luxury cruise ship owners that sponsors weekend events that cost anywhere from $2,000 dollars per person and up!
And they target (major) luxury hotel owners (and their upper management staff) that offer high end rooms to travelers that typically go for $800 dollars a night and up!
And finally, they will also aggressively target local luxury boat dealers, that routinely lease and or sell luxury boats that range anywhere in price of $100,000 dollars or more!
First up, when it comes to the cruise ship and aggressively targeting their higher end clientele. Both the (on site) cruise ship director and the three highest ranking members of their staff.
Especially the females! 😎 The highest ranking lady members will be given $1,500 dollar necklaces and $500 dollar diamond studded earrings free!
That way, as they freely mingle with the other (highly influential) female guests aboard the weekend cruise, they are sure to constantly be asked “where they got all that absolutely beautiful bling from?” 😎
Secondly, the cruise ship directors staff will strategically place one page flyers in every mail box (and or under the door), of every female passenger (whether) she’s alone or not, directing them to go to a special lead capture page on the the local jewelers WordPress blog, for a chance to win one of the local jewelers most popular and stunning $5,000 dollar diamond studded necklaces!
And a really popular (best selling) pair of matching $500 dollar diamond studded women’s earrings to boot!Now what highly influential (local) social butterfly could resist the chance to win a perceived value of $5,500 dollars worth of bling! 😎

It Doesn’t Hurt To Give Opportunity A Slight Nudge Does It?
Basically, every cruise, the passengers are asked to head over to the cruise ship owners WordPress website and or blog and list at least three ways they can think of to dramatically improve the overall experience of the cruise and or their overall customer service, that they think could be implemented for a one time cost of $1,000 dollars or less!
Every participant will given something like (either) a $20 dollar gas card and or a discount savings coupon of 25% off their next cruise, if they book it before leaving the ship and or a special coupon for two free drinks etc!
However, the top five suggestions, (which will be decided) by the cruise ship director(s) and their immediate staff.
The first prize winner gets a free $2,500 dollar diamond studded woman’s necklace! Second place gets a free $1,500 dollar diamond studded woman’s necklace!
Third place gets a free $1,000 dollar diamond studded woman’s necklace! And fourth and fifth prize gets a pair of $500 dollar and $300 dollar diamond studded women’s earrings, respectively!
Now remember, not to lose sight of the jewelers (overall) two major objectives here! They want to cause an ongoing avalanche of on and offline positive word of mouth and mouse buzz!
