How Answering Three Simple Questions Will Greatly Improve Your Customer Service Skills!

And even if you do, it’s probably well spent elsewhere, don’t you agree?

How many times have you read (been told about) or unfortunately personally experienced a rather negative situation with a company? And it escalates to the point that you feel compelled to complain loud and often (both) on the social sites and to any and everyone that will listen! First of all, believe it or not. This type of extremely negative situation is very rare. Oh it occasionally does happen, but because of all the enormous (on and  offline) competition, it simply doesn’t happen that often-thank goodness!

But here’s the main point; in at least three quarters of the cases (75%) or more! Whenever the company sincerely steps up, admits to their part of the mishap and truly tries to make the customer/client whole in someway shape or form!

So deep as deep as you can, when you attempt to not only answer the following three, but implement the ongoing appropriate actions as well! (note: There absolutely positively is no one “correct” answer and or response to three -internal investigation” type questions.

1.) Long term customer service enhancement question # one: What is the # one thing you can and should do today to make your (on or offline) customer/client’s buying experience easier/faster/more convenient?

2.) Long term customer service enhancement question # two: What can or should you do this week to accomplish the same outcome as question # one?

3.) Long term customer service enhancement question # three: What can or should yo do this month to accomplish the same outcome as question # one? The bottom line is this; what strategic incremental things can do a daily, weekly or monthly basis, to improve your customer/client satisfaction? When answer those three simple questions, you’re on your way to dramatically improving your customer service skills.
